RB Comprehensive Dentistry

I have been with them for little over a year now. They have always taken good care of me, answered questions, scheduled appointments, given me notice for appointments in case I have a busy day and forget, etc. They truly are a great dentistry. A wonderful workforce and amazing care with people.

What a great dental experience! This was my first visit to Dr. Boylan's office. Everyone is extremely friendly and warm. My hygienist was very kind and efficient. Dr. Boylan is very knowledgeable, nice, and thorough in discussing your dental health. Plus, he is very handsome.

Thanks to Dr. Sharrock and his staff, I have received the finest dental care for the past 20 years! He and his staff have provided the utmost professional (and gentle) care. In addition, they're always available when I need them.

My entire family goes to Dr. Sharrock. Dr. Sharrock takes his time with his patients, the hygienist are very thorough, and the office staff's professionalism is unsurpassed. Best Dentist in Chesapeake!

After 25 years in the Navy, and seeing a different dentist each time I had a check-up or a procedure, I luckily found an absolutely great dentist with Dr Harvey Glick. His professionalism, friendliness and superb comforting care were his trademarks. When his health started failing, he sold his practice. I thought I'd never find a match to his care. With complete respect to Dr Glick, Dr Boylan proved me wrong. Besides a state-of-the-art approach to dentistry, Dr Boylan and all his staff make every office visit a most positive experience. They always make you feel like you are their #1 patient. Lightning has struck twice for me.

I have so much anxiety about going to the dentist that I almost canceled a few minutes before my appointment. Thankfully everyone from the front desk to the dentist to the hygienist was amazing! Dr. Boylan is knowledge and kind. The hygienist was thorough and sweet. I'm glad I found this gem!

There aren't enough words for this group of people! I have extreme social anxiety and when I was referred to Dr. Boylan I was very nervous to have to go into a new place. His staff not only made me feel so welcome and comfortable, they made me feel like I was an old friend. Beyond that, Dr. Boylan is an extremely knowledgeable, caring and unbelievably dedicated dentist; qualities each and every member of his team possess as well. Over the past year he has helped me repair several years of damage to my teeth and he also made me the most beautiful set of veneers I could ever have imagined!!! I didn't want to smile or take pictures for most of my life and I am so in love with my beautiful teeth now I can hardly stop. I am very fortunate to have found them, I want to thank them all everyday.

I had a great experience and they were so patient with me as have a fear of dentist. I had a crown put on an implant and I couldn’t say enough about how nice everyone was with me.

Ryan Boylan's dentistry is not only a clean professional environment but his staff goes above and beyond to make you comfortable and satisfied that you are receiving the best service around. I decided to go with Veneers and they did a beautiful job! I could not have asked for more! Me teeth are now perfect and I smile with confidence! Thanks Dr. Boylan and Staff, all of you are amazing!

Never again. I literally waited in the waiting room for over an hour but to absolutely no avail. My appointment was at 3:45pm and I will arrived at 3:30pm. When I arrived there were eight people already sitting down. “Wow, what a busy dentistry, I’ll wait, how long could the wait possibly be” is what I thought to myself. However I find it funny how people who came in after me were served, and people who complained of the wait were immediately served (ALL CAUCASIAN) Ridiculous. Hate to play the race card but why is it four people in the lobby right now and three out of the four are African American (including myself). As of right now it is 4:45pm mind you I have waited for exactly an hour and 15 minutes, absolutely unacceptable. Never again. I will stick with Greenbrier Dental (1059 Eden Way, Chesapeake, Virginia). Also, the police were in and out of this dentistry. Who needs Chesapeake Police at a dentistry. Definitely seems like a shady place, would not recommend. Customer service is piss poor to say thee absolute least, no apology for the wait, nothing. Ridiculous. I’m like really sitting here talking to the front desk receptionist and she is acting pure clueless. This office is sad, never again. They lost a patient that they could have very well had. To top
it off there is a dental hygienist standing right in front of me on his phone. When I say never again I totally mean it! Any questions, please contact me! Never seen such sorry service in my life, and just look how Dr. Boylan responds to his reviews, totally unprofessional. Mind you police presence is still here. This is absolutely pathetic, definitely no Konikoff. Guess when you have to park on the grass, what can you really expect? I feel sorry for every single individual that works at this dump. Alright, I digress. Wow now a Virginia State Trooper walks in. I cannot make this up, what is really happening back there? This is almost comical oh my goodness, what a joke. No wonder I never heard of this dentist before. This is what happens when you google “cheap dentists in Chesapeake, Virginia”. You totally get what you pay for. I am seriously done with this review now and this dentistry for that matter. Mind you I was only getting my teeth looked at (sorry last thing). I was not even getting a cleaning and they already had my XRAYS (Greenbrier Dental sent them over). This is totally inexcusable like seriously.
