I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. fallon. I was a new patient and the other two doctors made it a point to come and say hi to me and introduce themselves. Extremely friendly staff. I love my hygienist Jamie, she is very thorough and makes getting my teeth clean enjoyable. I definitely recommend The Doctors Berger!

I had my first visit with The Doctors Berger Family Dentistry and even in the midst of the COVID-19, I had an excellent experience. I was greeted with kindness and professionalism by Suzie, My hygentist Sarah, cleaned and xray'd my teeth with great care, Dr. Chris took his time with me and explained some treatment plans and Jessica checked me out with ease and friendliness. I would highly recommend this team!!!

Left a voice mail and email message weeks in advance to avoid getting to the office and NOT getting the treatment I desired "a simple teeth cleaning.". I never got answers to either of those. I was unable to get the treatment I desired on my appointment date and after almost 20 years I will be finding a new dentist. The Dental Hygiene staff lost them a long term patient. I am very disappointed.

I was charged $36 (on top of the standard $10 office visit fee) for a comprehensive periodontal evaluation even though I requested just an oral evaluation (which would have been completely covered by insurance). I am 24 years old, have great teeth/gums, and have not been experiencing any discomfort/issues. I merely wanted to get my teeth cleaned, but they said I had to get the periodontal evaluation before I could get a basic cleaning.
I went ahead and paid the fee upfront because they said that is the standard evaluation for new patients. After looking at my bite-rays and looking at my gums under the light, Dr. Berger said it was NOT NECESSARY to do the periodontal evaluation. I explained to woman at front desk that all I had done was the x-rays and the Dr. looked into my mouth, but she would not refund me for the periodontal evaluation. I (and my insurance company) should not have to pay for a procedure that is not done. It is clear the office is gaming the system in order to get their patients/insurance companies to pay as much as possible. Very displeased.

While the actual dentists are amazing (reason for the the stars) at what they do, the front desk staff is HORRID. I have been a patient with this practice for over 10 years and while the receptionists have always been mediocre these newer employees are just absolutely awful.
I saw another post from someone my age and they were treated the same. I am 23 and know how the system works. I'm not ignorant and I know you are just trying to get me to pay extra money.
You should NEVER put a client on hold while the are talking or hang up on them when they try to speak with higher management. You would only do this if you know you are wrong and don't want your boss to know you are trying to cheat sometime out of their money.
