Never in my life have I been to a dentist where I've felt like I mattered more. Starting with personal security and ending with a follow-up message asking how I'm doing.

Dr. Corie and staff were professional, kind, and informative. Their receptionists greated me with smiles ensured I wasn't in any immediate pain, and checked me in. They asked simply that I verified who I was and I was seated with minimum wait.

Their staff was polite and they made sure to check in on me while they were doing their work. I can't stress enough how many times this hasn't happened before.

I will definitely be back for more routine work and would recommend them to anyone.

I was a patient since this practices inception in the 70s though it was sold a few years ago. Today I arrived for my semi annual appointment and the employee asked if it had been awhile since I’d been in—um shouldn’t she know? I said 6 months—she wanted to photocopy my drivers license which I wasn’t comfortable with (lots of news stories about security breaches.) keep in mind this was the first time I was told of this so o wasted 2 hours driving as they refused to bill my insurance with out copying my DL I did show it and the employee looked but not good enough—this appointment was booked 6 months ago and they spring this on me at the appointment-very bad business! I always paid at time of service any copays-already changed dentist and the new place didn’t even need to see my DL! Protect your identity as the are personal assets! I was told both Dentists agreed on this decision today too. Update in response-I showed my driver license and iHIPAA rdoes NOT require a photo copy kep by dentist —the 1st rule of medicine is do no harm—you could easily accidentally harm your patients by collecting storing photo of ID

I just had Dr. Corie replace the crowns on my front teeth. Her entire team did such an amazing job. Dr. Corie was extremely thorough and made sure I was happy with everything along the way. Her kind and compassionate nature is so relaxing. Everyone I have come in contact with at Brookside has been so friendly and made me feel welcome. You can tell they really care about their patients. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family.

After having OK experiences here for a couple years, Brookside decided to cancel an appointment 20 minutes prior to its scheduled time. It takes me an hour to get to this dentist, and after having sat in traffic for 40 minutes they decided to call me and cancel my appointment. They require a patient to inform them with advance notice for a cancellation, and likely charge if its missed. Brookside should be more thoughtful in how they schedule their patients early in the morning, and perhaps not fully book so early in the day so they can ensure they will be adequately staffed. Patients should not pay the price (literally after going over a toll bridge...) for their inability to accurately staff their office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cindy's since I moved to the area in 1997. Even though I had been going to the dentist regularly since I was a child, Dr. Cindy told me my teeth had not been cleaned properly in a long time. I had to go in a few times to have root scaling and planing done so my gums would be healthy. Dr. Cindy and her staff always explain what they're doing and why. Even though I moved farther away six years ago, I keep going to Brookside Dental. Everyone there genuinely cares about their patients and they show it. They are professional, yet friendly, and always take you on time. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes. To me, that is very respectful. They have the latest in technology and their office is very clean and pleasant. They are also proficient in dealing with insurance companies, which is a life-saver. I highly recommend Brookside Dental to keep your teeth and gums healthy and happy. I can't think of a thing I would change there!

I've been going to Brookside Dental and have been a patient of Dr. Cindy since about 1991. At the time I hadn't been to a dentist for 9 years because of a few less than comfortable experiences. Then one day a tooth starting hurting and I needed to get it fixed. So I went to Brookside and have been a regular patient ever since.
Everyone there is friendly and professional. Dr. Cindy has a nice touch. She is outstanding at what she does and knows how to get you feeling comfortable. Whatever work you need is completed thoroughly and without pain. Thanks to her I became a regular patient and enjoy good dental health. I mostly go in for cleaning and every Hygienist I have worked with has been great at what they do too. Brookside isn't in the network of my dental insurance but I'd rather pay the extra for the high quality of treatment I receive. I will always be a satisfied customer!

The entire staff at Brookside Dental is friendly and skillful. Every appointment has been a positive experience and they all do great work of making sure my teeth and gums stay healthy. When I do have concerns about sensitive gums for example, their tips and suggestions for what I can do at home have really helped as well. The office environment is comfortable and inviting and the staff really makes the effort to get to know myself and my family.

I had been a patient with Brookside Dental for many, many years and loved the amazing service I was given by Dr. Cindy and her staff. I always get compliments on my smile and I give all the credit to Dr. Cindy. The office is beautiful and they have State of the Art equipment. I moved to California and searched for a new dentist and no dentist or office staff came even close to what I had in Washington at Brookside Dental, so I have and will continue to fly back to Bellevue, WA when every I need dental work. Over the years I lived in WA I always recommended Brookside Dental to family and friends and continue to recommend them. They are the Best.
