From the office staff to the dentists - every one at Brookside Dental works hard to ensure that you have a positive, relaxing experience at the dentist. I have been a patient for 5 years and can't imagine going anywhere else. I have had fillings done and regular teeth cleanings and all the work has been done extremely well!

After a few years at another dentist, my spouse and I found Brookside. We had a bad experience at that previous dentist who was trying hard to use lots of new technologies (early 2000s). So, we found Brookside around 2003 and things changed. Excellent, solid traditional dentistry. An exceptional focus on care, good referrals to specialists (they helped me through wisdom teeth removal), an always spectacular staff of reception and billing, and Whitney (my personal dental assistant) has been a great friend and ally in my dental care. Dr. Brian Cave has helped keep my teeth and gums worry free. I trust these guys immensely and I'd probably keep coming back here even if I moved away (which I did once). Five stars for sure!

For the past 20 years I have been a happy, satisfied patient of Brookside Dental. I consistently have positive experiences during my appointments and feel like I am getting the best dental care available. There is a very friendly atmosphere in the office, and Dr. Cindy Pauley is an outstanding, dedicated dentist who takes exceptional care of her patients. I get my teeth cleaned every 4 months and I have had nothing but positive experiences with all the dental hygienists that work at Brookside Dental. They are all excellent at their job. I would highly recommend Brookside Dental to anyone looking for a talented staff that will provide you with quality care and a great dental experience.

I have been a patient at Brookside Dental for 20 years and in all that time I have only ever had the most attentive care. I used to be afraid of dental visits but starting with my first appointment, I knew I was in the right place for patient-centered care. I have never waited more than 5 minutes in the lobby and I have always been greeted by name upon arrival. The dentists, the hygienists and the assistants have all treated me with genuine kindness year after year. In addition to the professionalism of the entire staff, I attribute my excellent oral health to their thorough knowledge and practice of the most current dental science. All of that AND they attend to all the aesthetic potential of well-cared for teeth. Seriously, you can't pick a better dental practice than Brookside.

After moving to Seattle, I neglected to take care of my teeth for a few years before finally getting tooth pain I couldn't stand. Dr. Cindy immediately scheduled me for an exam, then cleaning and fillings for the numerous cavities I had. That was 2 years ago and ever since, I've had perfect teeth and am excited to go to the dentist each time.

The staff are all incredibly friendly, and will chat with you and have always made me feel comfortable while at the office. They also have state-of-the-art imaging technology to ensure they and you have a full view of your teeth, and give you detailed explanations for what's going on in your mouth, what they're looking for, and most importantly, why it all matters.

Even when I came in with tons of plaque and 8 cavities, I was never looked down upon or chastised for not taking care of my teeth, and they do a great job of giving you the options and tools to have great dental hygiene without seeming overbearing or imposing, and leave it to you to decide to make the change for better dental health.

The entire staff at Brookside Dental is wonderful. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They are especially good at making you comfortable. Whether you need a blanket to warm you up or you have a child going for the first time. I recommend them to everyone.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Cindy's since we moved to the area 7 years ago. I am now a busy working mother of 2 small children and sometimes find it difficult to make it in for MY scheduled cleaning. The reception staff (Jamie and Claudia) make every effort to fit you in and work within your busy schedule.

The hygienists are warm and friendly and have given me some of the best cleanings I have ever had. I look forward to catching up and laughing with Dr. Cindy at each appointment and would trust no other Dentist to maintain my teeth!

I have been a patient of Brookside Dental for over 25 years and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering changing dentists, or even anyone not considering changing dentists! Dr. Patricia Pauley, now retired, was my dentist originally. She was highly skilled and extremely personable. Dr. Cindy, her daughter, joined the practice several years ago, and she and her husband, Dr. Brian, have continued the tradition of excellence. When I got married, my wife was not too happy with her then dentist, so I recommended Brookside to her. She is now a patient of Dr. Cindy and is super pleased with her. When Dr. Pat retired, I became a patient of Dr. Brian and could not be more pleased with him. They have provided excellent dental care and they continue to improve and upgrade their skills and facilities to keep up with the latest advances in dentistry while maintaining their personal touch. The staff is friendly and organized. The office is clean, bright, and comfortable. I always leave there with a smile.

I have been a patient of Brookside Dental since I moved to Seattle area more than 15 years ago. It has been a great experience with no issues at all. I have been seeing Dr. Pat who retired a few years ago. After that, Dr. Brian has been my dentist. I liked both of them. They are nice, friendly, professional, never asked me to do anything unnecessary. The staff members are also very nice. I also have been seeing several assistants for my dental cleaning twice a year. They are all great! I have been seeing MS. Barbara for my dental cleaning for a few years. She is a nice and fun young lady, very professional!

Regarding billing, they always write off the out-of-network portion of my insurance for dental cleaning. Their charge is fair for other dental works as well. I definitely recommend my dentist.

My family has been using Brookside Dental since 1994 and we have only had great experiences. They are friendly, professional, and respectful and know all of us by name. We have been pleased with all the hygenists and dentists who have seen us.
