I recently had the pleasure of visiting this dental office for a routine check-up and cleaning, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff and made to feel comfortable and at ease.
The waiting room was clean and well-appointed, with plenty of reading material and comfortable seating.
The dental hygienist, Stephanie, who performed my cleaning was gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything she was doing and answer any questions I had.
Dr. Shoop was also wonderful - he was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to discuss any concerns I had about my oral health. He gave me some great tips for improving my dental hygiene routine, and I felt like he genuinely cared about my well-being.
Overall, I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone in need of quality dental care. The staff are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and the facilities are top-notch. I will definitely be returning for all my future dental needs!

I was a new patient, and EVERYONE in the office was so professional. Dr. Shoop was knowledgeable and very informative. The entire office was very up-to-date with modern equipment and it has such a pleasant environment. Dr. Shoop really loves what he does, and his assistant Lily is the sweetest assistant I ever met, I had a great experience and will be coming back regularly. One of the best!!

I came to see Dr.Jacka throughout my entire childhood until I moved away for college and I haven’t been back in years. I was sad to hear Dr.Jacka retired but my parents have been telling me Dr.Shoop is great. Yesterday I broke part of my tooth so I called to see if I could get in some time soon. They were able to get me an appointment first thing in the morning today.
(Side note- Dana is fantastic and it was really nice seeing a familiar face when I got to the office today)
Today Sarah and Dr.Shoop were beyond amazing and I felt very relaxed and comfortable while they did their magic. They were very compassionate to my discomfort with needles and I was very impressed with my overall experience.
Also, shout out to Yvette who throughout my years coming here has always been the absolute sweetest human. Honestly every dental hygienist I’ve had here has been so kind and awesome but Yvette has always been the most memorable to me because she always went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. I’m happy she is still there!

My family was among the first of Dr. Jacka’s patients when he began his practice 35+ years ago.
He was more than just our dentist, but also a friend. We shared a lot of good and bad times over the years.
When he announced his retirement last spring I genuinely felt a sense of sadness, although I knew the time was coming. He reassured me that we would be in good hands with Dr. Shoop.
Fast forward eight months...my husband & I have both had dental work done by Dr. Shoop and are delighted to be under his care! I cannot imagine a more seamless transition. Thank you, Tom Jacka for choosing your replacement so carefully and wisely. Oh and by the way—you won’t find a better office staff than Connie & Dana!

A little apprehensive about the dentist after Dr Jacka retired, but Dr Shoop is great! He spends more time with his patients and is more personable. I’ll miss Dr Jacka, but Dr Shoop cares about my comfort and explains things well. Same very friendly staff.

I have had 3 dentists in my lifetime, by far, Dr. Shoop is the best I've had. I've never felt rushed when he sits to chat before an exam and he is thorough in his work and explanations. His "chair-side manner" is second to none and his entire team of hygienists and office staff are warm and welcoming. I recently had a root canal, and he personally called to check in on me, as did his staff. I am grateful for the amazing service provided by Dr. Shoop- there aren't enough stars on here to accurately rate this practice.
