Lakeside Dental

Lakeside Dental is a wonderful dental office offering state of the art dental care and therapy dogs to cuddle you (if desired) during your treatment. The office is beautiful, bright and immaculate. The staff Hygienists are all very kind, thorough, and gentle. Dr. Rob Pinon has performed dental work on my husbands teeth, addressed all concerns, provided diagnoses, treatment options and performed the work throughly and satisfactorily. My husband is very happy with the results.

This review wouldn’t be complete without mentioning Max the therapy dog. Even though I’m not an anxious dental patient, I do love dogs and I wanted to have the therapy dog experience and it did not disappoint! Max is a beautiful, highly trained, and personable Labradoodle and he clearly loves his job. He made my teeth cleaning appointment really fun and comforting. I would definitely and wholeheartedly recommend Lakeside Dental and Max.

I just took my kids to Lakeside Dental after we got new insurance. I’m so glad they accepted our new plan as they were exceptionally professional and friendly. They took my daughter in for an emergency visit as a brand new patient which is rare, and was greatly appreciated as she was in pain. Everyone was so friendly and they took care of her 6-month cleaning at the same time, then saw my son two days later. My kids loved all the staff and Dr. Rob. Bonus….they have great toys in the treasure chest and the cutest, most well behaved dogs that love being pet. I highly recommend this clinic if you’re looking for a new dentist!

I am so impressed with this practice from the ambiance of the waiting room to the very efficient front desk staff to the techs and hygienists and dentists. Everyone is thorough and efficient and kind. The extra little niceties like heated neck wraps and sunglasses for the bright overhead lights make this a good experience, if you can say a dental visit is good. So glad I made the choice to use this group. I highly recommend them!

I have incredible anxiety about going to the dentist, but this team did everything they could to make me feel comfortable and safe. They even have dogs that will sit with/on you to help reduce some of the concern.

The entire team from reception to assistant to hygienist to doctor were all kind and understanding. I was not kind to my mouth in my younger years and I'm paying for it (literally) now, but this team didn't make me feel bad about my teeth and understood that I was uncomfortable.

This would have been a 5 star but my first interaction and impression was not good. There are 2 gals at the front desk, one-sweet as pie, professional and welcoming. The other(I gave the name to the doctor but we will call her “S”)-condescending, very rude, and quite frankly if she worked for me, well she wouldn’t anymore. The only reason I didn’t walk out and park a 1 star review here, was location. I’m glad I made the appointment. The rest of the staff are wonderful. So kind, easy to talk to, welcoming, and there are service dogs for the clinic. So many positives. It’s unfortunate that it was almost a missed positive interaction because of front desk attitude.

I was originally seen by CHAS, who really messed my mouth up and with my insurance it’s difficult to find a dentist that accepts it. Lakeside Dental was one of them that did and i am so glad that i found them, they’re so professional and actually genuinely care about your teeth like it’s their own. They got me in immediately and are fixing my teeth and making me proud of my smile again. I can not say this enough i 100% recommend them. I will now ONLY be going to them for any of my dental needs! The staff is amazing, extremely nice and friendly and just an overall good experience. Thank you guys so much for everything!!

It was a great experience! Even in the beginning they showed us around instead of us all wondering what was where. The hygienist were both very nice and we were comfortable with them and the Dr. Advice of what needs to be done next. very pleased!

I went to this office based off of a recommendation from my sister. She had a great experience and I was looking for a new provider. I had high expectations based on her previous experience. However it was clear quickly that this was not going to be the case. I’m assuming owners or management has changed. The desk people are fine. Not much to say about them. I had to wait nearly 45 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. When it was finally my turn a nice lady took me to my chair. I was asked several times why I hadn’t been to a dentist in so long (because life) and honestly felt like a spectacle. When the dentist saw me I expressed my concerns about clenching and nighttime grinding. Something I’ve struggled with for as long as I can remember. They told me they wouldn’t do anything for me until I had a sleep study for sleep apnea. I found this interesting and almost inappropriate. At this point I just wanted to leave so I took the info quietly and didn’t ask questions. They quoted me over $3k for a root canal which seems awfully high. However I’m not all that familiar with dental pricing. The whole experience was less than desirable and I would not recommend this office.

The staff is knowledgeable and runs this office well. Always open about costs and insurance coverages. The hygienist was amazing. The dentist is knowledgeable and comes up with good solutions without pressure to do things you don’t want to do.

They made me feel just as important as the guy that makes 200k a year. It had been quite sometime sense my previous cleaning it was an absolutely pleasing visit. Gentle experienced hands, with a great conversation FOR AN OVERALL AMAZING DENTAL VISIT!!
