My mother has suffered 4+ years with posts drilled into her jaw waiting break after break for her teeth...dentures break over and over $15,000+ and still she has no bottom teeth! It is terrible to watch her suffer so much.They did this to her! Get 2nd opinion

My wife's experience mirrored some of the other 1-star reviews. Overall I think they do good work there and have some friendly staff. My wife had a partial made there and she broke it eating 2 times. The first time she broke it they charged us, which was fine assuming they did something to make sure it didn't break again. Maybe a year later it broke again, she went back and showed them. She isn't eating anything really hard or out of the normal. They fixed it and charged us and our insurance for it a 3rd time. I called and tried to ask if something they made kept breaking why are they not fixing it at a reduced rate, or maybe even for free after the second time? The Lady I was talking to was more inclined talking about future work my wife needed, so when I interrupted and asked again why we are getting charged for a faulty partial she hung up on me. Later when I went to schedule my wife's next cleaning, they informed me my wife was no longer welcome there.

Liberty lake family dentistry made me feel very comfortable I trust them 100% to touch my teeth. I have super bad anxiety going to the dentist in general but they made me feel super comfortable. Went in there for a teeth whitening and my teeth look amazing and very white! Very impressed with the results and how nice and comfortable I felt. Would definitely recommend this dentist office to people.

This office is top notch! I have been going to Liberty Lake Family Dentistry for years. From root canals, bridge work, preventive care, etc., I have always experienced the best care and results. Dr. Michelle and staff are superior.

Typically not a huge fan of the dentist... I mean once a year/every other cleanings 😅 which I know is bad, but dentistry offices have a hard job to do, and this office has been wonderful! I felt welcomed by "Loretta" at the front desk who has been working there ~22 years! My hygienist was personable and took my medical history and current physical dental health seriously (I also liked that the staff provide the computer with your record right in front of you to educate you, instead of the usual behind you thinking "what are you doing back there?"). The Dentist, herself, is professional, knowledgeable, and funny.
I feel everyone in this office has been working in the dentistry field for years, and they're here to stay, so I'll be back in 6 months 😋
