After days of researching all the options within our dental plan I finally settled with Family First Dental based on location and patient reviews. Not the best criteria for choosing a dentist so naturally I was very apprehensive! The phone call to make the appointment was a good start to lessening my nervousness, the receptionist was informative and asked all the right questions to ensure that my first visit was successful. On the day of my appointment I was greeted warmly and did not have to wait for more than a couple minutes before I was taken back to a room where my consultation and first exam started immediately. By the time my exam was over I felt very good about choosing Family First Dental. Every effort was made to make me feel comfortable, everyone spoke in a language that was understandable, they answered all my questions and most importantly they made sure that I understood all of my treatment options. Now here is the kicker and the main reason that I will stay with Family First Dental........I was told in the beginning of my exam that " they would do whatever was necessary to make me smile". At the end of my appointment, this very nervous and apprehensive person walked out the door with a smile on her face!! Thank you Family First Dental for renewing my faith in the dental industry!!

I started coming to this office in 1957. When the first Dr. Olsen retired I moved to Dr. Westland and followed him back to Family First where he was semi retired and then finally retired. In this time I have my favorite Dental Hygienist, Pat, for the past 15 years taking care of me.The office staff is friendly and accommodating. I haven't had a cavity since 1957 due to the care I have received from these wonderful people over all these years.

I am dental Phobic! To say I "loved" my dental experience is epic. I have had some terrible experiences in the past. I finally buckled down, made an appointment and was prepared to white knuckle my way through it. From the person who scheduled my appointment to the dentist himself (Dr. Lansing) and everyone in between were so warm and welcoming. Dr. Lansing fixed a tooth that another dentist had botched twice. The experience was NOT horrible. He was kind and gentle but also thorough. I tell him now it's my favorite tooth. I have a long road of dental repair ahead of me. I can honestly say I'm not sick to my stomach with worry. I recommend Family First Dental. They will take excellent care of you.

Amazing experience; I called the same morning of and they were booked and told me they would call me back if someone cancelled. 2 minutes later they call me and book me! Then I was originally signed up with any available hygienist and once the hygienist who had seen me previously saw me on the list, she was kind enough to make a switch so that she could work with me; TRUE QUALITY CARE!!! On top of this already amazing service, the dentist found a broken filling and took care of it for me even when I didn't have time scheduled for it. High recommendations for this amazing service!

I had a tooth that was bothering me but did not have a dentist. I called Family First Dental and they scheduled me the same day (even though I was a new patient). They fixed the tooth within a couple of days. Very happy with the outcome. They were also very sensitive to my allergy needs.

I don't know how they do it, but this is the way a medical practice should be run. The longest I had to wait was a few minutes and sometimes I don't even make it to the waiting room. They are very professional; provide thorough, understandable explanations; answer all my questions while taking adequate time to do so; and they are gentle. Dr. Dean is an amazing, kind dentist. The quality of Dr. Dean's dental work is exceptional. I have been a patient of his for years and highly recommend him.
