Very kind staff. Always a very caring experience. Enjoyed the quiet background music playing in the waiting room during this last visit

Would give 0 stars if it was possible. Sat there for 25 mins and no one called me in, I guess they donโt want new business. VERY Bad vibez overall. Donโt waste your time here.

Always nice, professional. They find the time to see you if you have an emergency unlike other dentists

Very professional place. Although didn't think a tooth they said needed a crown, it was repairable without a costly $1,200 crown, and ? Costly root canal. Going for a second opinion.

I first thought this place was great because of the quickness of the dentist doing 6 superficial fillings in less than 30 minutes. I have bad anxiety and just wanted out as quick as possible. 6 months later my entire mouth is in pain. I have 3 painful cavities and 2 underneath the fillings he did...without novacain. I don't know how this place is even in business. I went to CHC and got taken care of but here, I straight up got scammed by a dentist/used car salesman. DON'T COME HERE.
To Pleasant Smiles response: Too many red flags for me to want to come back for a correction. I have 35k worth of recent(2018) periodontal work in my mouth.. I know what good dentistry looks like. You guys were friendly, just awful at dentistry and cleaning teeth. Sorry but you wasted my time and did the opposite of what a dentist does. You didn't fix anything, you made it worse.

I was most appreciative of being able to see the dentist a day before my actual appointment. The staff and the dentist are very courteous.
Hey there Dalilah! watkinks
The dentist i had my appointment with was rude and unwelcoming. He told me to get all my teeth pulled then come back and see him. I went to another dentist that fixed all my fillings without any issues.

The staff and Dentist have friendly service. The place is clean. I haven't had any problems other than the last visit I had there the younger lady did not wear a shield and her mask was down off her nose. I was really disappointed to see the carelessness and it has definitely made me think about switching dentist and wonder what else isnt being followed. If she can't wear a mask properly she should at least have a shield and work out front for a while only. Although, I am not sure if the dentist is aware because he wasn't in the room at the time. I should have said something to her.

My whole family just went to this office for the 1st time. We had previously had the same family dentist for 5 years, but had to switch due to an insurance change.
They were quick to give x-rays, even tho we have all had them within the last year. They did not give any of us a full exam. None of us got our teeth cleaned. Additionally, my husband and I both suddenly have several cavities for the 1st time and have extensive treatment recommendations for our next visits, which will include our cleanings. We will not be back. We will return to our regular family dentist next month and will get our teeth cleaned. I will try to update this post on our sudden "cavity" situation, as I suspect that we don't have them.
This office only seemed concerned with charging you for services, having you sign a treatment plan, and having you commit to that treatment at your next visit. Judging by the other reviews, I will also be watching my insurance for charges of services not provided.

Honestly one of the worst dentist office Iโve come into contact with and Iโve been to dozens. Long story short it is my opinion that they use scare tactics to get you to do work you donโt need. I went in there for one tooth ache and walked out of there with a recommendation to get 6 root canals... 6! And that was only one side of my mouth! To my understanding a root canal is needed when the root has become infected. So heโs telling me half my mouth is infected? when Iโm not experiencing pain except on one tooth and thatโs only when I eat something sweet or cold. Prior to even starting the exam the dentist asked me if I had such insurance (my insurance is good) I said yes and 20 minutes later I walk out with a โtreatment planโ for half my mouth. If you can avoid it donโt go here and if you do go take what the dentist says with a grain of salt if it seems fishy get a second opinion thatโs what I did and Iโm happier for it. (I donโt need 6 root canals)
Edit: So Iโve read some of the reviews and it seems weird that itโs either people had an horrible experience or they had an amazing one... you wouldnโt be fluffing your reviews would you pleasant smiles?
