Dr Sabeeh, Rima, Angela, and David were all AMAZING. I just left my appointment after having a wisdom tooth extraction, as well as a few fillings. Everything was fast, painless, and I FINALLY feel I’ve found a dental office(offices) with people who have taken my anxieties and worries into account. They’re gentle, and they’re all so kind. My best advice to any of you who are also petrified of the dentist is to just do it. I thought my teeth were so much worse off than they actually are. I required a deep cleaning, as well as the above mentioned work. I avoided the dentist for nearly 20 years, and I am so glad that I not only finally went in, but was also fortunate enough to have my work done by this team. I genuinely look forward to my next (normal) cleaning, and I can’t wait to continue my journey to a smile that I’m consistently confident in. I absolutely recommend this business.

The staff was nice enough however the dentist tried to get me to agree to a lot of unnecessary work. He pushed for me to make that large of a financial decision the same day saying that it needed to be done soon. I got a second opinion and the new dentist said they had no idea why someone would want to do his treatment plan besides the fact it was about 3x more expensive than the other options. Also added in the estimated cost was a $160 toothbrush that I didn’t ask for and was not informed about. If you don’t want to be over charged go somewhere else.

I had to get a root canal and was not looking forward to it. I've been through it before and it can be painful. The dentist was great with the injections for numbing I didn't hardly feel them which I thought was amazing. There has not been much discomfort at all these past few days. I was very happy with the experience.

I hope this office on Road 68 (Pasco, WA) reads this. Even if they do they won't care

First off, never heard of a dental company having a call center. I set up an appointment for teeth cleaning, got hung up on the day of my appointment, NICELY confronted receptionist about it when I showed up, said she couldn't hear me on the phone, said she heard me, then quickly recanted, got verbally accused of causing a scene by the "HEAD" Dentist escalated and he suggested I go someplace else, they had me set up for x-rays and something else unrelated to teeth cleaning, they said their hygienist is OOTO for like 1-2 months, finally the receptionist said they wasn't sure if they took my insurance even after they said they do. Just tactics to push a customer out the door.

ABSOLUTE TRASH SERVICE

Great office ! I really liked the girl that cleaned my teeth. Dr. Roberts was very easy to understand and why I need what I need. The office manager really made it easy to set up payments for.my treatment. Thank you all Aspen Dental staff.

Worst dentist experience ever. Horrible front desk person. If I could give it no stars I would . First time I went it was a Asian doctor seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing and the staff looked lost . Had a different dentist do a crown and a root canal. Turns out that the crown he did wasn’t fitted right . Glad I went back to my dentist . Horrible experience wouldn’t want anyone to experience what I experienced. Seems like they are just money hungry

EDIT: as I was emailed personally from the owner after posting this. Yes, they FINALLY refunded me most of my money after months of trying to get it taken care of. I was told they would refund everything except the $30.00 bill that they did. I have recently been sent to debt collectors for almost $500.00. Which is ridiculous.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Don't get me wrong the specific people who were working here when I went there were nice but they will get you to try to prepay for ALL the work they want you to do before they do any work. And when I canceled my service with them they still sent me bills for the cost of almost $5000.00 when they did absolutely no work and argued that they deserve my money. For everyone else's sake. Do NOT go here.

Love the staff! Kendra at the front desk is so friendly and helpful and Dr.Sabeeh is extremely personable and really cares about her patients. The team there goes above and beyond!

Staff and Dr very professional and nice they've been very straight forward. Definitely helping turn my mouth and teeth to a positive.

The staff is welcoming, friendly, professional.
The office is clean, nicely decorated, and warm.
Dr Dave Roberts was concise, specific, and personable as well as professional.
He explained the results of the X-rays and options available...I not only had the X-rays in front of me; I was given a hand held mirror to see exactly (as Dr. Roberts explained) what teeth and gum areas needed attention.
The Office Manager, Trinidy Hill, is excellent at her job, very informative and a pleasure. When you leave the office, you know your Benefits, what procedures entail, total costs, along with...The Plan.....
It was a well spent and enjoyable experience for me.
