Very professional & welcoming staff. John, our hygienist, always gives us very through cleanings! Definitely the best hygienist in town, hands down. He is very knowledgeable, kind and gentle. Most importantly, he is terrific with my kids! Wouldn’t want to bring my family to any other office!

I wouldn't even give one star if I had the choice. Absolute worst experience in all my years of going to the dentist. Where do I even start! I waited for over an hour in the waiting room until I finally got up to ask how much longer the wait would be. I stood at the counter while they were talking behind the desk until someone finally asked what I needed. When I was finally taken back, it felt like I was working with beginners. The hygenist told me I might have gingivitis cause my gums started to bleed when they were poking me with the tool. The Dr finally came in and said he couldn't really tell how bad my cavity was because of the angle of the x ray. Tried to explain what was going on and stumbled on words like he didn't really know what he was talking about. Said I'd probably need a root canal, but he wouldn't know until we got it drilled and then he'd have to send me elsewhere to get that done. THEN told me if I had a cavity he wouldn't be able to fill it very good because I had a previous filling in that tooth and that it wouldn't adhear to the old filling so he'd probably just need to crown it. I honestly felt like they were just trying to chase money and get me to choose the most expensive treatment. I left the office after being there for 3 hours (just for an exam) and immediately called a different dentist in town that I knew I should've gone to in the beginning. The other place I went to got me right in and my x rays were done, no signs of gingivitis, and cavity was fixed (with a filling) in just over an hour. No root canal or crown needed. Never going back to Aspen again!

I have avoided seeing a dentist for 7 years because unpleasantness in the past. I am a smoker and a coffee drinker with a bad gag reflex.
My experience at Aspen was amazing. Rasia did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and had little or no discomfort at all. She is efficient, experienced and caring. The entire staff were friendly and comforting.
I am so happy with my experience and look for to going back next month for my follow up.

I went in yesterday and had a great experience, no shaming from anyone and the dentist actually listened to me. He was positive even though he had to tell me not so great news that I already knew. Not a big fan. Not horrible but they really didn't explain anything. Just referred me to an oral surgeon. I do have medical conditions but the next dentist I went too just had my Dr say it's ok to pull the tooth. Was all this a way of charging extra? You can decide. Not a fan.

SCAM WORSE place ever before going there for anything i will recommend to ask them for all the charges and record it they will do some exam and over charge you just to cover themselves if you decide not to do what they recommend and don’t trust them when they say “yes your insurance will cover 100%”because they will not and once they charged you there is nothing that you can do when your insurance covers only 50-60%.
