I was in need of an emergency dental procedure, they didn't hesitate on trying to get me in asap. With a small wait, and I was in, checked out, procedure done, and out the door in no time at long. Awesome staff and great doctors. Thank you for getting me in so fast and out of pain. Thank you!!!

My worst dental experience ever was at Aspen Dental on road 68 in Pasco. Their x-ray machine is terrible. Left me and both my kids with tears. Their plastic apparatus hurt like crazy. After spending 4 1/2 hours there one afternoon being shuffled between staff while trying to get our cleanings done that were all scheduled at the same time (they didn't tell me they only have one hygienist), we chalked it up as a bad experience and determined never to go back. I was done with them until today. Today, over a year later, I received a bill for $10. That is when I had to write my bad review. Who sends a bill for $10 for a service that is over a year old? I recommend choosing a different dentist.

UPDATE:
After giving a 1 star review (seen below) I was contacted by someone at the local office. After a short discussion she decided to refund me completely for the work. She was very pleasant and apologetic, even offered to correct if I could make my way back into the location. She refunded me every penny approximately 2-3 weeks later so I have updated and changed the rating to five star as I’m pleased they called and wanted to make everything right. Thank you.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
While traveling for work I stopped in this new location to have a crown / cap cemented back into place. It had been falling out and I had been using temp cement for months. I saw the new location across from my hotel and decided to try Aspen for the first time.
The location was very clean and new. The staff all seemed extremely friendly. They took my insurance card and told me that IF my insurance was not accepted, it would be around $70 to have it put back in permanently. I agreed, and they took me back immediately.
They took me to the X-ray room and I asked if that was necessary, they said it was, and they could not perform the cementing without it. No additional cost was disclosed.
They took me back and the dentist was very polite and friendly. They cleaned the stud and cap and placed it in my mouth. They cleaned the excess cement and the dentist left. One of the assistant's then flossed around the tooth and used a little too much force and the cap flew out of my mouth.
The two assistants then threw more cement in my crown and quickly put it back onto the stud. They asked how it felt and I told them it felt off and was impacting my bottom teeth.
At that time the dentist walked into the room and asked if everything was alright, and both assistant's said, "yes". He then asked if they flossed, they again said "yes". They said to him that they were done, and he said okay and left.
They turned to me and said that was it, and walked me to the receptionist. I felt like something was wrong, but didn't know if I should speak up, or if it would eventually settle and feel alright.
The receptionist, the 3rd one I spoke to during the visit, notified me that insurance did not cover the service and I would have to pay $158, which was due immediately.
I asked why I was told it was $70 and was not given an answer. I was upset and just decided to pay and leave. Once I returned to my hotel I looked in my mouth as the impacting with my bottom teeth had not improved and saw that cement was literally flowing outside my tooth, and onto the adjacent two teeth.
Thought the facility and staff was very nice, I felt scammed into paying for the service, and the service was messed up, repaired in a hurry, and I'm left with this abnormal impact which I will have to repair somewhere else.
I looked for a place to write management and this was the only place I could find. Obviously, I would not recommend returning or going there at all.

Scam! I was told on the phone when I made my appointment, that my first visit/consultation and exrays were free. Well guess what I got in the mail a week and a half later....a BILL for $176.80. That's not very free. Then they tried to sell me a toothbrush, toothpaste, a water pick, agree to have a bunch or work done that was not necessary and that I couldn't afford. So needless to say I am not a fan!

I liked the staff a lot and the office was really clean and high tech. Everything was explained to me really well and they focused on the pain that brought me in before showing me other problems that were going on. Highly recommend!
