Terrible. I don't mean for this to sound overly harsh or to tear-down their business, in fact this is my first review I've ever written of anything, but I am extremely disappointed that I chose to come here. I had an emergency appointment of sorts where the back half of my veneer broke off over the weekend, and after calling around they were able to squeeze me in the earliest. As I made the appointment, I had to make it clear that I was without dental insurance as I'm a college student so I needed to be clear on the price point during the appointment, and they told me it would cost over a hundred dollars for my teeth simply to be looked at. I thought this sounded fine and I agreed but I came on time to the ten o'clock appointment but was rushed through the entire appointment.
The front staff was extremely kind, but the dentist gave me no time to fill out paperwork and asked me to finish it in the room. This was honestly okay, and I can completely understand being rushed through paperwork but rushing through the physical act of inspecting my teeth was infuriating. The dentist spent what amounted to two minutes with my teeth and had little regard to appeasing any genuine concerns about the current or future state of my teeth. He put on his gloves, used a mirror and spent thirty seconds looking at the tooth and took an x-ray, and spent another thirty seconds looking at it before explaining everything in under a minute. It was simply, keep it clean and you'll be okay. I don't in fact believe that he looked with intent or actually attempted to inspect the nooks and crevices of the issue. He barely tested the integrity of the veneer and seemed care even less about the actual tooth underneath. He truly seemed as though he did not care and sought to hurry me out.
The dentist can be a scary place, and the state of one's teeth and overall smile holds emotional weight that affects the well-being of any individual beyond the physical, but the appointment was taken and treated with callousness. I am unsure if this was because they knew that I would not be able to afford long term care, and thus wouldn't be able to be a returning client, so they could care less about their effort toward me, but it very much felt as such.
To many, and likely to the dentist who had told me he was in the same office for twenty years, a hundred and fifty dollars does not seem like much. Though to many such as myself it's immense. Then to pay an individual or business one hundred and fifty dollars for two minutes of work is unimaginable. Even to an insanely wealthy individual I would imagine a seventy-five dollar a minute rate is exuberant. I'd almost be willing to pay this rate, but I truly felt as though the dentist lacked any degree of concern toward the patient and ultimately lacked any degree of empathy. Why would I choose to spend not only my money but place my health into a business that lacks the compassion of empathy?

Fast, efficient, no-nonsense practice. Everyone is super friendly AND super professional. Dr. Chiang supports budding students interested in the dental field as well. As an add-on, he is VERY fast in his work without any reduction in quality. My teeth feel great!

Highly recommend. Everyone here from the doctor to the assistant is so nice. I've been coming here for a few years after trying a couple of other dentists in town. This is so far unquestionably the best in this area.

Dr. Jack and his team are caring and careful of the mouths of their patients. We appreciate that orthodontic and same day crowns are also part of the practice! Our family has been visiting Pullman Family Dentistry for many, many years!

I like knowing that the Dr knows. Seemed to start answering all my questions before I even asked them. It was my first visit here after using other local dentists but this is where I'll stay.
