I've been a patient of Dr. Chiang for nearly 2 years. Every visit has been 10/10 excellent. I've had some great, good, and terrible dentists in the past, but Dr. Chiang and his team are the best. Beyond cleanings, I've had a crown and deep cleanings through this practice, typically a horrible uncomfortable procedure, but never once did I feel the slightest discomfort throughout any of my visits. Not a jaw cramp, didn't even feel the needle! I couldn't be more satisfied with the professional and expert service. Dr. Chiang and his team have turned a routine chore into a spa day. I look forward to my next visit!

I had my wisdom teeth removed here in early December. The front desk staff are nice and attentive but I found it difficult to communicate with the dentist at times and felt I was rushed through my appointments. Overall not the worse place I’ve been but I wish I had explored other options in pullman.

He is always honest about what I need and gives me several options when it comes to surgery and other dental health needs.The office is always great about reminding me of appointments and always has room to reschedule if I need to do so. I always have a good experience here. I really appreciate Dr. Chiang using the hand scaler when he realized how much I hate the ultrasonic tool. I never knew before that this was an option - that thing is like someone scraping their nails across a chalkboard inside my mouth.
