This office is exceptional! Every time I go for a cleaning, great care and effort is extended to make sure my dental experience is optimal. I cannot say enough about the Beth’s and how personable and professional and knowledgeable they are with regard to dentistry. Their team also has this same great dental ethic and makes for a pleasant visit from start to finish. Well done New32, I love coming here.

Love New32! I actually moved out of state a couple of years ago and was so excited to move back in to the area and get to start going to New32 again for my dental care. Everyone, from the dental hygienist, to the dentists, to the front desk folks are amazing! They always make you feel like family, asking about your family and job, remembering the little details previously shared; not to mention you walk out with your teeth shining and feeling great!

I’ve never been a huge fan of going to the dentist, but I love these people! Great service and very accommodating to sensitive gums and teeth! I’m a lifer ;)

Great dentists and great hygienists with the staff that actually takes great care of its customers. My only gripe is the dentist's practice is so good they book out about 4 months so you better plan ahead!

My appointment was exceptional! The cleaning and fluoride treatment went very well. I asked about my gums receding, they were measured and I was informed that there wasn't much change.

Sunnie is the best hygienist. The doctors are outstanding. I’ve been going here for 10 years. It’s wonderful.

Updated to my previous posting. New32 continues having cheerful & knowledgeable staff with a soft touch. My cleaning was wonderful. Sunnie is efficient and have a soft touch. Dr. Jacobson is personable, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to my concern of my teeth. Office is clean and modern. I felt comfortable and at ease. Definitely will continue my dental care with them and highly recommending others to do same.

I felt the care I got was excellent but resent the surcharge for paying with a credit card. It puts more of a financial burden on those without dental insurance who are already paying out-of-pocket more than those who have insurance.

This dental practice is focused on patient experience and quality care. As a new patient, they made every step of the process great. Communication from the office was timely, easy and thorough in scheduling and completing forms. The hygienist communicated everything she was doing clearly and provided choices for me. The dentist Dr Beth Jacobsen was wonderful in explaining her assessment of the exam and making recommendations. I really appreciate their respect for patients.

I enjoyed my visit. Dr. Gilmore is very thorough and explains everything in great detail.
