Melanie was so gentle while cleaning my teeth! And Dr. Hood is always so personable. I make the commute from the North Side to see them. They almost make the dentist fun. Absolutely the best folks.

Disorganized, dishonest, and unprofessional. No concerns at all for the fact that I was in pain... Changed dentists and they got me right in without being yanked around. I was given a different story by everyone I spoke to here... It's lime the right hand isn't talking to the left hand and they made empty promises that left me in tears... Save yourself the grief and drama and go somewhere else.

My husband and I started going to Evergreen Dental when we moved to Spokane Valley six years ago. We have had the best dental care at this office we’ve ever had. We are in our early seventies so when we say the best care ever, it says something. All the people in this office are friendly and very kind and helpful.

Absolutely, hands down, the best dental practice ever! From the moment you schedule your exam, the friendly staff when checking in, to the skilled technical staff and the knowledge and compassion from the Provider's themselves, and ultimately to the courteous staff while checking out, the service is impeccable! The office is beautiful, full of professional, friendly people and I will absolutely never go anywhere else! I've been a patient for many, many years and will be for life! I have recommended this practice to so many people. I LOVE going to the dentist and my smile shows that!

This is truly an amazing dental group! From the moment we walked into the clean and cozy office, we were greeted by such a friendly staff and made to feel so welcome. We really appreciate how the the dental assistants and hygienists were so caring and genuinely engaging to our girls (age 10 and 12). Dr. Hood and Dr. Dodson were both wonderful and put the girls at ease with their gentleness and humor.
We do not hesitate to recommend Evergreen Cosmetic and Family Dentistry and are grateful for such a positive experience.

The worst dental experience I've ever encountered. From the professionalism of the dentist to the pain and swelling in my face they caused after placing an implant, its been a nightmare. I now have to have it removed by an oral surgeon. The filling he placed are extremely sensitive to cold . He said in hindsight, he should have placed a crown instead of fillings. Update...the filling fell out yesterday.

Great dentists. I, like a lot of people, don't like dentists because it's typically painful. Evergreen dentists go out of their way to make the experience as comfortable and pain free as they can. Highly recommend!
