Always a comfortable, pleasant experience! The staff are warm and inviting. They know I have very sensitive teeth and are so careful. And the new doctor, Dr. Hβ¦. (no idea how to spell it) is great. He found something difficult to see in my X-rays and was very thorough. And Dr. Conway gave me the best crown Iβve ever had a few years ago. I will be happy to see either doctor next visit, both great. They deserve all 5 stars.

They have their assistants performing cleanings and using scalers on patients. Their OM Megan publicly admitted to this. It is illegal for an assistant to use scalers on patients as they are not properly trained to do so. Make sure if you go here that you have a dental hygienist or DDS only performing your cleanings.

Customer service is exceptional here. Dr. Conway is outstanding. The truth is I came to Spokane Valley Dentistry after having been through a very painful and exhausting experience at another dentist. I had been in pain and discomfort for almost 3 months. I was beginning to feel pretty discouraged. So thankful I found this place, they treated me with the kindness and encouragement I needed.
