Ok, so I will say I've seen several dentists (5) and have a horrible and traumatic history with dentistry. (Think of the dentist on the movie "little shop of horrors", yes really that bad as a kid. I had panic attacks) so when I was recommended to Dr Wilder I seriously had my doubts..... even through the first few visits I was skeptical of the nice staff and "nice guy" shtick. But I've made several visits now and nothing has changed. The reception ladies there are super amazing and welcoming, I'm not kidding when I say it's like being welcomed back home everytime you walk in..... the hygienist are caring and very considerate of your comfort. They will go out of their way to ensure your comfort and ease, they care about you far beyond the time you spend in the chair. They are truly the epitome of hospitality!! Now on to the wonderful Doctor himself..... from day one, minute one, you can tell he is there for you first. Dr Wilder has extraordinary bedside manner and will explain anything and everything you want in however much detail you want. Dr. Wilder much like his wonderful staff cares not only you as a dental patient but as a person that may or may not have other things going on in life and works around them to do anything he can to help. Dr. Wilder is deeply invested in each and every patients care plan. I don't know if Dr. Wilder had dreams of being a dentist when he grew up but it is throughly evident that he has an extraordinary passion for the field of dentistry. Alright, alright I figure I've gone on for a long time soooo....
Dr. Wilder and his staff are incomparably extraordinary! Unbelievably kind, hospitable, caring, knowledgeable, technologically advanced. I mean I just don't have words to express. They make me, someone that hates dentists and has had panic attacks about going, look forward to walking through the door and back..... home.
No I wasn't paid. Yes this is all true. I will shout it from the rooftops.

Normally I am not this generous with ratings. But in this case Wilder Dentistry deserves the 5 stars. I am not a big fan of the dentistry profession, but this team is different. The very first visit, the moment I walked in the door, I was treated like a welcome friend and not a walking dollar sign. And I am a walking dollar sign. Each member of the staff treated me kindly and warmly without losing their professionalism. As the various procedures were preformed I was kept informed of the various stages taking place. I was not just worked on. I thank each member of this team for putting me at ease.

Dr. Wilder embodies all the best qualities of a perfectionist, and I really like that in a dentist. Nobody, including me, likes going to the dentist, but doing so is an important aspect of our overall health. What prompted me to write a review (something I rarely do for businesses) was the complete absence of pain involved in the procedures I've had done. I hate dental pain. Dr. Wilder and his staff go out of their way to make sure I am comfortable and pain free...always.

I was going to another dentist in Spokane, and he wasn't a bad guy, but then my wife recommended Dr. Wilder to me and I've been going here for years now. I enjoy walking into the office and seeing all the smiling faces. All the hygienists are very nice and always make me feel at home. I feel like Dr. Wilder and his staff are there to take care of my oral needs and not just bill my insurance which is why I think I enjoy going in so much. Plus I love seeing their posts on Facebook. They post pictures of fun office parties with everyone dressed up as well as helpful tips and facts. They are a great team here at this office.

Yes, but it provided me with comfort in knowing I had a dentist I could trust and was amazing.
