I waited two months after getting like 18 to 20 teeth ripped out all at once to get my dentures I waited extremely patiently went in and some how they had a "MIX" up and didn't make my bottom dentures. My teeth were my everything and when getting pregnant destroyed my teeth I have never been more depressed and had such low self esteem in my whole life two months I waited and they mess it up I was completely heartbroken when I walked out and cried for an hour and a half when I got home. Sure I will get them soon but it's the principal of it all.

We scheduled appt and were given slips to go to 2 different offices, one day apart for different things. I show up after driving over 1.5 hours to the Valley to find out they took it upon themselves to cancel the appointment. Then they send me to another office on Divison where the receptionist acts like it's an inconvenience that I showed up for the appointment. Both places receptionists had attitude and were over drama throwing other coworkers under the bus when they were the ones working the scheduling. I switched offices. Poor customers service!

Referred by dental clinic that closed. Nice place, nice staff. Recently went paperless and the process is terrible. Forms auto clear once filled out making you redo them twice. Link doesn't load quickly. Would be nice if patients could opt out. Not sure how it works if patient doesn't have a cell phone.

Had a tooth extraction today and Dr Paul is amazing it was just a wiggle wiggle pull and the tooth was out easiest tooth extraction I've ever had done definitely recommend apple valley dental on division they are the best around

My appointment was at 4:10pm Today 12/8/21 I sat in the waiting room until 4:40 did x-ray's at 4:45 then was put in another room. At 5:33pm I left. The tech keep apologizing saying we are over booked and under staffed. So my final conversation was so this company cares more for the money and not the patient. She also thought I was there for a cleaning only, I said no I have a broken tooth I was very clear about that when I made this appointment. This company is unprofessional inappropriate and has no care or concern at all for its patients. I will be getting my x-rays from Apple valley dental and taking them to another dental facility.

I love this place. I was so scared coz I went to a oral surgeon in Oregon n they almost killed me . Spent 11 days in hospital. Thank you for making me confontble n believing in dentist again.

I took my son and the people here were really friendly and good to him. He's 4 and has had some tough experiences with nurses and doctors so I was a little worried about how he would be at the dentist. They were kind and patient with him and he did great! I highly recommend them. 👌

An appointment was set one month ago for wisdom teeth extractions. We requested and were promised general anesthesia. The extraction date came and the dental office decided to use laughing gas instead. When we protested we were told they had no record of the general anesthesia request, and therefore had no anesthesiologist on site (we had previously signed their paperwork, giving them consent for general anesthesia). Now have to reschedule. The whole situation is unacceptable.
