Dr. Kim the anesthesiologist was wonderful with my two-year-old daughter, He interacted so well with her and made her experience extremely comfortable, I think that he did such a marvelous job. Thank you so much for taking the extra time to do your little princess mask thing she loved it đ

i am, even at almost 60 years old Very afraid of visiting the dentist. I have to say though, EVERYONE,especially Dr.Paul & all of his Hygienists made me so comfortable and were so kind. i forgot my fears and feel like i will never again have any hesitation when I need any dental work in the future. THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH!!!

No customer service skills. The hygienists did not introduce themselves or say what they would be doing before jamming your
Mouth with a hard object to take X-rays. It was by far the worse cleaning experience I have ever had. She scraped the bottom 4 teeth and called it good. They forgot floss and fluoride. The girl that polished my teeth was new, but yet did not
Apologize for anything that went wrong. I will not be going back.

They reserve the right to cancel any appointments without notifying you. Showed up to be told my time slot was given away even tho i had a confirmation text from them about the time.
Edit: After 5 weeks of intense pain and 2 dentist consult visits(that lasted less than 15 seconds) and 2 appointments that got canceled on me, nobody should ever visit this place, the owners should be ashamed of themselves. They should also fire the very rude lady at the desk, the one with brooms glued to her eyes.

Desk staff was u aware of my daughters treatment plan. They were very confused about her appointments stating she had not been seen since the previous year, which was incorrect as she has had braces applied and several appointments since then. They were quite unhelpful and rather insulting telling me Iâm not paying for her treatment plan, which is paid directly from my account. Maybe retraining would help them to thrive

I let my teeth go for 15 years without a dentist, by the time I went to a dentist I had broken most of my teeth off. I am a jaw grinder, I carry my stress in my clenched teeth what was left were full of cavities. So far I have had 4 fillings (2 underneath my gum line), and 5 root or tooth extractions. I won't say it was painless but compared to past dentist visits this has been easy, fast and less stressful then what I remember. Still have 3 fillings and a bridge fitting to do but im sure it will be no problem. Thank you

Thank you to the new office manager for taking care of me and being so helpful and wonderful!!! Everyone here is so nice - hygienists and doctors. They are thoughtful and kind and funny and hear your concerns. Everyone except the red headed doctor. I asked her a question about tooth sensitivity and she completely dismissed my concerns. And she did the same to my husband on a different day. Sheâs the only one who I will not let work on my teeth.

They wanted to pull my tooth before even looking in my mouth.
Staff generally looked and the atmosphere showed unhappy. The smiles were there but the tension in the air đ§ was thick.
PS I went elsewhere apple valley said my only option was to pull the tooth, it was to far gone. I am sitting here writing this with my brand new crown.

I had the worst experience ever here. They kept lying about having a hygienist saying âour hygienist isnât working todayâ than later finally told me they actually donât have a hygienist at all. Also before that they told me I couldnât get a cleaning before pulling out my wisdom teeth which made absolutely no sense (I have a background in dentistry) why would I need to get my wisdom teeth out before I can get a cleaning? They just kept lying about having a hygienist. Be honest with your patients and it wonât cause this back and forth confusion. Also one of the front desk ladies was extremely rude before she finally told me they donât actually have a hygienist.
