Cascade Dental Care - South Hill

I love cascade. All of their staff is extremely friendly. I usually prefer Dr. Walker but they're all fantastic. I always have wonderful conversations with the technicians and hygienists, and Dr. Walker. They're all very expedient and professional as well, and extraordinarily proficient!

I was given great care while setting up one of the tooth’s in the very back of my mouth for crown. Doctor Martin did great work and hats 🎩 off to Sarah - she worked very hard while working on my back tooth and did with care and kindness I will not forget. I hope to work with Sarah any time I need work down in the future. It made me fill good to have chosen to work with Cascade Dental Care.

I LOVE Dr. Cullings and his assistant, Chelsea! They are the best! Professional but also real. The rest of the office staff is also wonderful. This will forever be my dental clinic. My teeth have never had better care! ❤️

Cascade Dental Care has been my choice for general dentistry since 1997, and will continue for the next 25 years. The staff are caring, informative, and listen attentively to my needs and concerns. I highly recommend them for your dental care needs.

Everyone who works here is super nice and the dentist himself is also very nice. They are always upfront with costs, care plans, and are LGBTQ+ friendly! If you are trans and haven't legally changed your name, they will input your preferred name on request. I won't go to any other dentist, these guys rock!

Pros: I like Dr Martin. The fillings she’s done for me have been good and she also takes the time to make sure everything feels right and doesn’t make me feel rushed. Dr Culling also does good work and I haven’t had any problems with the fillings he’s done for me. If my review was based off the work of these two dentists, I’d give 4 stars. However, here are the cons and what my 2 star review is based off of.

Cons: Their billing isn’t transparent and is unclear. I sat down being promised no charge for anything without them talking to me first, but when I checked out at the end I was hit with a bill. In 2020 it seemed like they were really attempting to be more transparent about billing and I saw that effort for a few visits and really appreciated it. They would have someone come talk to me and give me a run down of what they planned on doing and why, along with all the costs while I waited in the lobby, or sometimes as soon as I sat down in the chair. However, since then this hasn’t happened.

I will say that because of my 2 star review they told me they could no longer see me as a patient without asking anything me about it.

My husband and I have been patients at Cascade Dental Care for over 35 years. We have never been treated so terrible by the office staff. They are inconsistence with how they handle patients with double coverage and there follow thru. I never thought I would leave Cascade Dental Care and Dr. Walker, but with the office staff and how I was treated I finally found a new provided.

Thank you for your care and compassion. My sons dog was diagnosed with a brain tumor just before I arrived. The dental assistant was lovely and gave me a hug. I wish I was better at remembering names

I love my dental office. The staff is so warm and helpful. Dr. Martin is very thorough. She answers questions and offers information readily. She takes her time to be sure all is well with the procedure. I didn't even feel the needle!

I love the whole Team! Dr. Bryanna Martin an Chandler especially! The best dentist office in Spokane. Affordable, understanding, accept Care Credit payment plans, clean offices, and the kindest staff!
