Raquel is very helpful! Clear instructions and happy to assist however she can. 10/10 recommend. Harlene is also great, setting up appointments and finding options that work around my schedule. The entire dental staff was very informative and gave me multiple updates throughout my sonβs treatment so I was never left wondering. Great care, great staff, Iβm so glad we get such a positive dental experience for my son!

Amazing dentist. Everyone is so sweet and accommodating. I had some billing confusion and they just handled it with grace and care. Everyone really cares about making you feel comfortable and even have notes of my personal interests in my file! They really go the extra mile. Lindsay is lovely, she really cares about her patients and the work and it shows! Thanks for making me feel comfortable at a dentist again.

My grandson is very happy with the care received from sleep Dentistry! He felt safe, relaxed and no pain! I felt great taking him to a place where he felt good going too, when I went in with him to have his procedure done the staff was very friendly and explained what he was having done and what to expect when he was ready to go home,I would recommend Sleep Dentistry to other families whose kids need that little bit of extra care! Thank you Sleep Dentistry for making us feel comfortable and for the great job you are doing!

We were referred by my daughters Pediatric Dentist to this place due to my daughters past reactions to Caine medications. She went in to have some cavities filled in the back. It was recommended that her wisdom teeth come out and they repair softened enamel on her teeth. The staff were very kind which is why I gave them 3 stars. However, the pain management was almost non-existent. I was concerned about the amount of pain my daughter was experiencing and even returned the following week to have her checked. Once again, the staff were very nice but, they just weren't meeting my daughter's needs. I took her to the orthodontist 12 days later for new retainers and my daughter still couldn't open her mouth and her jaw kept locking. The orthodontist took x-rays and immediately found why my daughter has had so much pain. The nerve sits right at the pocket of where one of her wisdom teeth were removed. The orthodontist called the dentist in to look at the x-rays and he immediately saw the same thing. They told us due to the extraction and location of the nerve she could be in pain like this for another 6 weeks. They gave her medication for the pain and a mouthwash to help keep the area clean. I understand everyone recovers differently but, I feel like allowing a child to be in this much pain is not okay, nor is it okay to ignore the concerns of a parent. The orthodontist said the fillings on the other teeth were not necessary because they were not cavities. While cosmetically, they look great, they didn't need fillings. When my son had his wisdom teeth removed with a different office, they made sure he was going to be comfortable during recovery. They followed up with him. My daughter rarely complains of pain. I feel like she was just left to suffer and get over it.

Absolutely amazing experience for first off my daughter and then myself. She had never had any surgery ever so she was mildly nervous as one usually is. The care she received here was compassionate and professional! Dr. May, Lonnie CRNA and Jenny dental hygienist provided a quality and outstanding environment from beginning to end. Not to mention her admitting experience was quick and efficient. Every person in contact with her that day from Rachel, Tracy, Dr.May, Lonnie, and Jenny treated her like family. I would HIGHLY recommend this caring compassionate dental facility to everyone needing dental care.

My 7 year old was referred here by his dentist and I am glad he was! The expierence has been great from the beginning. The staff has been amazing throughout the whole process, making sure I had a clear understanding of everything from the procedure itself to his future care... even providing me with a referral to an ortho who takes my insurance to get ahead of his future dental needs. As a mom of 4, I appreciate the little things like that because they make big differences! Thank you for taking such good care of my son and making him feel so comfortable during the whole process!

My son has been going to Sleep Dentistry for over 10+ years for all his dental needs. He has cerebral palsy, nonverbal, tube fed, wheelchair bound, and has a very complex medical condition. The dentists and staff are very professional, wonderful and very accommodating to his special needs. They have many super amazing hygienists that have worked on his teeth. Jenny is one of his favorite and has been working on his teeth for the past years, sheβs super friendly, patience, and efficient; as a result, Daniel responded/cooperated real well with cleaning beyond my expectation!
Iβm very grateful for their exceptional cares and hard works that put a beautiful smile on him! I highly recommend Sleep Dentistry.

My family has went to sleep dentistry 15 plus years. As a mother of 5 we've come to the office quite a few time's. However today's visit with Breelynn was super special. Dr. May took extra special care of Bree and also well as the anesthesiologist bringing her to the car and buckling her in. He was super caring and this experience really touched our hearts! Thank you Sleep Dentistry.

I understand that fillings will not be perfect because the dentists try their best but I feel as though they ruined 2 of my back teeth when filling them. Itβs been 8 months and I canβt chew on my left side and I had them fix this filling THREE TIMES. I decided to give them a 4th chance to fix the filling but I missed the appointment because of an exam and when I called to explain to the receptionists my issue one of the older ladies working were disrespectful to me on the phone and said I could no longer schedule an appointment and would have to call everyday to see if there was a slot available. I love 1 1/2 hours away because I am in college and I have explained to them several times that it has been difficult to keep driving to them to fix the same filling they messed up on. I have a special needs brother and the whole point of me going to this dentistry was to make sure they were gentle and understanding because my brother is terrified with the dentist but thereβs no way I would recommend anyone with special needs to this place based on how they treated me and left me with painful teeth. Oh and the messed up filling ended up falling out:) never had that happen and now I have a gaping hole in my tooth.
