My husband and I both got fillings here and shame on us for not getting a second opinion first. We took the x-rays to a different dentist who said those fillings weren't necessary. Both of us had pain after the fillings. I was able to go back (twice) and they finally got it filed down to where it wasn't hurting me anymore, but my husband can't take the time off to go back. He was in pain for months before he could take another day off work, so our new dentist is having to fix Dr. Shaw's work. They're nice people, the hygienists were gentle. The front office staff were helpful and patient. But painful and unnecessary fillings mean we will not be back.

So nice, and so professional. I’m a terrible dentist phob. And they don’t make me feel stupid for being nervous. I’m treated gently and kept comfortable. Honestly my fear of the dentist has lessened significantly because of Bridgeport Dental Arts. Highly recommend
