This place is AMAZING!!! I would recommend to anyone and everyone!!! They really take their time and try their best. The fact that they actually, genuinely care about you makes me wanna go there every day!! I have been looking for a dentist for THE longest time and I am so so so glad I found them! The doctor is literally the BEST! I would try to explain how awesome he is but I don't think that's possible honestly. And man I don't remember the name of his assistant but she has like blonde hair, she is honestly so so so sweet! Ok I can go on for days but I'mma stop here. All I have to say is that I don't think you'll find a better dentist than this one. Hands down THE BEST DENTIST EVERRRRRRRR 😆😆

My family and I have been going to Oakes Dentistry for 25 years , the entire team is so professional and friendly, I get nervous when I go and they always make me feel comfortable and safe. I highly recommend Dr Oakes.

I have to say these guys are awesome, thorough and quick. I could fit appointments in on my lunch breaks which was awesome. Great customer service too, I had to miss my last appointment due to our recent military move. In the busyness of the move I forgot to call. They understood and disregarded the missed appointment fee. With all our recent move expenses I can't say how greatful I was. Thanks guys, wish I could take you with us to Florida!

Dr oaks was our family dentist over 10 years. Was sad and disappointed in him in how I was treated by him and his new then hygienist and assistant.
When after a short time of having a crown placed. I found a white spot above the crown on the gum very painful. It was a friday morning. Thinking he would be in. But wasn't. I called the emergency phone number cell. He had listed. Expecting a call back sometime that day. To give me a clue what might be happening. His Asst. Starts with a J. Before hand had seen me with a cleaning which was painful that got this all started. I never got a phone call back all weekend. I called them that Monday. Talked with Miss J. she was rude and short with me,when i came in to get xrays and talk with them, Miss J talked down to me and walked out on the conversation , with rudeness and no apparent people skills I could see. I just wanted to know WHY no call back . No reply. No apologies you probably have a abscess, here's your prescription for antibiotic he can see you Wednesday for a root canal, I said I want a second opinion seemed to up set the basket. which I did get by calling around. A friend referred me to her dentist, she investigated my tooth and said the xrays were not the best quality to show more of the gum and roots were needed.sent me to another dentist for a CAT scan to see if that was a good tooth to do a root canal with, or is it a bad tooth. To my finding that tooth had a crack in it down to the roots and was not recommended to have any root canal, it needed to be pulled. The dentist that gave me the second opinion, also noticed that my crown wasnt spaced right nor was it the best quality for a crown, she really did help me by referring me to a dentist that could look at X-rays and say this is not a good tooth I was shocked that my own dentist dr. Michael Oakes was actually without investigating was going to slap on another procedure to pay for , a root canal, sad to say of my finding that doctor Oakes found out what dentist I went to see for a second opinion and put his peer presure on her about their friendship so I could not have her as my dentist, since her husband told me after my appointment was made they dont do business with their dentist friends, patients, no place to go I had to hunt for a new dentist in Vancouver I did find a very good dentist a comment was made from my searching that if they had a Crown making machine like he has in his office every patient coming in the door would need a crown to pay for it. All the crowns he has done in my mouth show metal at gum line. A year later I finally got my new molar a implant.and guess what there's no metal showing at the gum. He was good in the early years it seemed. But his work isn't worth what you pay or holds up. What good is a emergency phone number listed for his patients when no one answers or even cares. I found there are better dentist to be had.Notice when you see him, not very offten will you see any one in his waiting room. That should tell you something.... his rateings would go down if my grown children that had him would tell you of there tooth problems they had with there crowns and root canals going bad also.documented by their new dentist.

Dr. Oakes and his staff has always been awesome as long as I've gone there, from small cavities to very challenging dental issues I've suffered with, if he can't fix it, he will get you to someone who can.
