We have to start out with saying "Just WOW!". We first spoke with Omar to make the appointment for my husband and explained how 'phobic' he was from previous dental visits and he reassured us that we would be fine but would note this for the Dentist. (That was the first plus!) Then, we went in a day ahead of time to confirm that our Humana insurance was accepted there. We spoke with Heather and she confirmed that it was, again blown away with the customer service that Omar and she had given us. But wait...did I mention that my husband has an incredible fear of going to the dentist? I guess that I just need to emphasize this again. He saw Dr. Hibery Ho and she did an exam and full X-rays were taken and recommended a deep teeth cleaning and scheduled it the same day!! My husband was so comfortable with Dr. Ho that he went ahead and scheduled it and had it done, same day! Jason Dalziel was the Hygienist that took care of my husband and was just fabulous! No numbing medications were needed (which was always the norm) and my husband did great! This shout out is coming from almost 20 years of trying to find the 'right' dentist for my husband's comfort. From the first phone call to post procedure, everyone that I mentioned above KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK!!!!!! I highly (and I can't emphasize this enough!) recommend this office for expert customer service and care.

I came for cleaning they let me sign and after exam they told me I need to pay $136 for the cleaning but it should be free 2 x a year, they told me it is a different cleaning??? I would not recommend to anyone this office.

My daughter and I come here, we have for a few years! Don't worry about the poor reviews, they had a bad dentist for a couple of months... But the dental staff is great now!
They are very welcoming, flexible and friendly. They also make sure to clarify our cost of treatment before we receive treatment. This is a great family friendly place.

Absolutely blown away by the service I received here. The office is beautiful and clean, everything was organized and efficient, and the staff were outstanding. Doctor Tran talks you through each step of the process and is very professional. I got the care I needed right away and at an affordable rate.

First of all I'm absolutely terrified of going to the dentist and haven't for a very very very long time because of bad experiences.. Dr. Kelvin Tran is amazing!! I went to him with a broken tooth and very scared, he was really receptive of my concerns and anxiety about being there, he told me my options and that they help people with anxiety with getting dental work done. I just got home tonight after getting a crown, a deep cleaning and a laser gum treatment today and I didn't really feel anything ❤, he is amazing and I'm definitely going back to get more needed work done by him! recommending him to anyone I know. Thank you Dr. Tran, you made me unafraid to go to the dentist.

Dr.Tran is young but the absolute best dentist I've ever been to in my 44 years. Professional, pain-free experience! Intelligent and knows what he's doing, taking the time to ensure I didn't feel the needle pinches. Liz and the dental asst were fabulous as well!!!!

They were fabulous. They took me right in. Fixed my broken bottom plate and even worked on my top plate at no charge. They are very friendly and courteous. I would highly recommended them. Many thanks to them in a time of need.
