My husband and I relocated to TriCities a few years ago. During the time that we have been here, we have tried to other dental offices in Tri-Cities and were unimpressed with both of them. My husband found paradise dental and actually walked in one day to ask some questions about their office. Dr. Bird happen to be there and came out to the lobby to talk with my husband. My husband was really impressed with the fact that he took time to talk with them not just about Dental issues but other life issues as well. We both have just had our first appointment with their office, and are quite pleased with the overall experience and their professionalism. Their office was extremely clean and all of the staff very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasurable experience.

The staff I encountered were professional, courteous and friendly. They welcomed me into the office and what I appreciated most was the dentist sitting with me personally one-on-one to talk with me about anything that was bothering me. Recently moved to the tri-cities knowing my daughter was due for her 6 month cleaning. When reviewing our provider list, I noticed this office was not far from where we lived, so after reading the reviews online and on their website, I decided to give this place a chance, as I love smaller clinics and a doctor who truly cares more for his patients' health than another $$$ coming in. Super happy I picked Paradise Family Dental. My 10 year old was absolutely thrilled after leaving and kept saying how much she loved this dental office. Everyone was super welcoming and made our first visit an awesome one. I highly recommend them!
