While I could go on and on about Paradise Family Dental, I’ll keep it short and simply say that they are truly top notch. I have moderate-to-severe anxiety about dental work, and not only did Dr. Bird and the staff take pains to make me feel more comfortable while I was in-office, but Dr. Bird also took the time to ask me about my anxiety specifically: where it comes from, what might trigger it, etc. His solution didn’t stop at offering ‘laughing gas’ or headphones; he genuinely wanted to know what he could do as a dentist to avoid upsetting me while I was in the chair, and I appreciated that immensely. Beyond that, every hygienist I have seen for cleanings has been friendly, gentle, and thorough. At the front desk, Beverlee and Stephanie are so welcoming each time I come in, and, whether it’s for scheduling or reaching out to insurance, they really go above and beyond for the patients. (Did I mention I could go on and on?) If you are looking for a new dental office, I highly recommend visiting Paradise Family Dental.

Great experience! Great staff! My dental hygienist had a calm, soothing voice that made me practically fall asleep during my cleaning. She sincerely cared about me and my oral health. Dr. Bird was also very friendly. My hubby works out of town during the week and is typically home on the weekends. Since most dentists are closed on Saturdays, he hasn't been to the dentist in years. Dr. Bird said that he would accommodate my husband's schedule and open on a Saturday if needed. This showed me that they were willing to go above and beyond for their patients. Excellent customer service! :)

From the moment you walk into Paradise Dental you are greeted with the wonderful reception personnel who makes you feel as if they already know you and greet you with smiles. The Dental Assistant is very sweet and knowledgeable. Not only is reception and the assistant wonderful, but their physician Dr. Bird is one of a kind. Dr. Bird greets you with his smile, will treat you gently and performs great work; on up to date technology. If you want a family atmosphere where everyones treats you with kindness this office IS for you. Try them out!

Just got a root canal done this morning and I have nothing but positive things to say! Dr. Bird is very gentle and I didn’t feel a thing, they make you feel comfortable and really explain what’s going on. Never enjoyed going to the dentist this much in my life. Highly recommend!
