We love Chalet Dental and Dr. Chris Trammel. He is always kind and patient with all our kiddos. We also love his amazing staff from the office, billing, and hygienists. It is a great experience for the whole family and who can say that about going to the dentist. Plus I have not mentioned the retro game room. Enough said!

It’s not often or ever that I’ve said I truly enjoyed being at the Dentist today and look forward to my next visit. Yes, I said that and was extremely impressed with the service and care that I received from the Chalet team while making my first appointment there and being
X-rayed as well as one of the BEST cleanings I’ve ever had. Denise was so sweet and kind getting my appointment in and juggling things around to accommodate my needs. Angie at the receptionist desk was fun and safe during my check in and out during the time of C-19. Dr. Tim Gutman (apologies if I butchered his last name) was very insightful and explained everything to me in a informative and professional manner. Kims cleaning was both thorough and gentle with great conversation during the process. The gal (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) who took the X-rays was so friendly as well In being careful and making me feel comfortable. Thank you again Chalet Dental and Stay Safe.

I’ve been a patient here for five years and I will never go anywhere else. Also, Dr. Austin is not allowed to retire because he’s awesome! My kids love it here too and I’ve interacted with most of the staff who are all wonderful and treat me like family. I actually look forward to seeing them (for cleanings anyway) every six months.

This is my 5th or 6th time here and I can tell you that Chalet Dental not only will be professional and take care of your needs, they take care of their veterans very well. I have been to many Dentists that the military authorizes me to see and this office is by far the best I have ever seen. Thank you Chalet Dental for another great experience.

Been a patient for years, first with Dr. Buehler until he retired and now with Dr. Ross, and Kathy as my hygienist. I'd highly recommend them to anyone. Competent, friendly, and very little, if any waiting at an appointment. The staff has been great with my kids too through the years, trying to make treatment as pleasant as possible for them.

The facility is clean. The staff is professional. They explained all procedures with me. It was a little cold in the facility. The dentist walked by and noticed I was chilled and offered me a nice warm fuzzy blanket. Thank you

I’m a veteran and appreciate seeing a local dentist rather than blow a whole day going to WALLA WALLA.
However, the follow through I have experienced in trying to schedule appointments keeps me from giving 5 stars. They either can’t get or don’t have authorization for my appointments and it takes longer than it should to get authorization. At times I’m not sure the paperwork was sent in a timely manner. I can’t remember ever being “squeezed in” when i felt it was needed.
We’ve now moved from Yakima but since we have family in Yakima we can make the most of our time there. I haven’t yet sought dental care in our “new” locale. But it is lingering in my mind every time I think about making an appointment.
However, the Dentists have been so professional, helpful and caring. That’s what keeps me going back!!
