I've always received the best care, with the utmost concern for my sensitive teeth. When I had a problem over a weekend, the practice manager saw my whining on Facebook, texted Dr. Jeff and he called me! ALL of the dentists, hygienists and staff at Chalet go above and beyond to care for their patients. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

The one day i was able to schedule a dental appt, i do with these guys. Got there early to check in, waited 35 minutes..wasted a good chunk of my day. I left before i wasted more. There was another guy who seemed to have waited quite a bit as he had to ask the front desk staff.....

Dr. Jeff Trammell was recommended to me from a family member. Since I was new to this area. So happy to find a place that really cares. Things that I thought I would have to live with . He has been able to fix's. I now have a very happy mouth. My gums and my teeth do not hurt anymore.

Rude office staff. Signed up for the Chalet membership and tried to schedule an appointment. Office staff wouldn’t even let me make an appointment. Told me to just cancel it and go somewhere else.

I drove up and got out of my car. started to go to the door. There was a lady there that asked if I had an appointment. I said, Yes She took my temperature and then handed me a piece of paper with my temperature written on it. She then let me in the building asking me to go check in. when I was checking in I was asked certain health questions. Then I was aked to go outside by ny car (using social distancing or sit in ny car until they call me . when they were ready for me to go in. when I went in, I was escoted to the exam room. where my blood pressure was taken. Then my teeth were examined.
They had a lot of protectiorr staff and patients both coming and going. I applaude their efforts.

Things got a little creepy when Dr. Trammel started telling my wif she should wear make-up "for him".
We decided that was the last straw but it certainly wasn't the first.
