The staff and doctor were wonderful. I had a crown put in. From the administering of the shot, blanket to stay warm, all my questions were answered and the staff continued to check to see how I was doing. I would highly recommend Dr. Chris, Danielle and Kristi.

It's funny. Being under the light feeling vulnerable and still understanding that you are coming out from under the light with a more perfect smile than before. The people working at Chalet Dental care about you and your well being. Wonderful smiling greetings even with masks on. Recently changed insurances since last visit and arrived early anticipating some issues, absolutely flawless check in. They had my new insurance information before my cleaning was even completed.

i have gone here for years and i loved dr. Austins receptionist pam she was amazing and always fit me in as i am a college student. But his new receptionist she is rude and very unhelpful last spring break she had only one appointment for me and i told my hygienist that i wont be able to come back in because of appointments filled and she went up to the receptionist and informed her i was a student (something i already had informed her of) and all of a sudden their were appointments available (keep in mind i was there all week replacing fillings so 3+ appointments magically opened up?? only after the hygienist spoke with her..) and today was my final time there i called several times left several messages and someone else ended up scheduling me in, and when i left today their was an issue and her attitude was all wrong and i was still nice, that ruined my morning i've spoke to other patients there and they've had a hard time getting appointments scheduled with her and her attitude, honestly i love chalets staff but that was a wrong hire. i was unable to get her name as well but she's Dr. Austin's receptionist a hispanic/latina/x woman
