Poor customer service. Billed incorrectly. Dental hygienists are traveling employees so you don’t know who you’re getting. Dr Gill is difficult to understand and is hurried when you see her. Little to no personality. Will not be returning here.

Being Techno Impaired, it took me many try's to get this here. We have returned to Midwest Dental - Holmen several times to correct this damage, and enable my Ward/Girlfriend the ability to eat normally. And the caring, compassion, respect, and professionalism have been a constant thing. What I initially penned is just a valid today, as it was on the first visit. THANK YOU, DR GILL AND STAFF!

Where to start? A few years ago my girlfriend fell and smashed her mouth into a counter edge. Whether it was delaying tactics by workman`s comp, her own pigheadedness, or the Alzheimer's that turned her into my court appointed Ward, she never received the appropriate dental treatment.

Yesterday day I spent all morning with her at Midwest Dental. What was done to correct this would of made a lesser person faint, or retch. To get her remaining few teeth, and the old stumps, out took about an hour and a half. The elfin like Dentist, with a heart like a stevedore, and her aide/sidekick was incredible. From what I saw, some of stumps looked like they had bone over growth them. All most all had to be broken up/cut up and pried out in pieces.

She also began to shake badly, I thought maybe a Petite Mal. Doc called it correctly, low blood sugar. While Doc prepared other things, her sidekick fed Beth oyster crackers and Coca-Cola. Snapped right out of it. Reflecting on it all, we have always been treated with dignity, and respect, by everyone at the Holmen Midwest Dental, they went the extra to ensure Beth understood everything.

I am happy to spread the word that little Holmen is blessed to have an excellent new dentist in Dr. Gill. Having had need of much dental work over many years, I know excellent, state-of-the-art dentistry when I experience it. Any apprehension I had at the start of my dual procedure quickly dissipated as I realized I was on the receiving end of a skilled team of professionals dedicated to my well being. Dr. Gill was technically proficient, calm and gentle –and had excellent rapport with myself and her staff. I could tell her staff had every confidence in her as well. And for these reasons, I will fearlessly return for my next procedure . . albeit hopefully last one for a long time . . , and highly recommend this practice to family, friends, and the public-at-large.

Starting with Jodie who makes it easy to schedule an appointment, continuing to Amy who is far and away the single best Dental Hygienist I have ever had clean and polish my teeth. She is very, very thorough and professional and makes an otherwise dreary process almost pleasant. Amy has done my cleaning on multiple occasions and I always feel like the dentist is going to be able to give me a better, informed examination because of her work. I highly recommend this office as a great place to get your dental work done.

My second time being here! Both my hygienist were super great! Ended up with different dentist, honestly found her very impersonal...she didn't even introduce herself to me when she came in the room, being that was our first time meeting (a letter in the mail explaining your activities isn't good enough for me!) Not sure what my plan of action is, at this point not a fan of my NEW dentist!

The dentist was very rude and unprofessional. First thing she says to me when she walks in the room is “you don’t look too good”. She made me feel insecure and I felt judged. I will not return because of this dentist. Upon check-out, staff asked me about my treatment plan and the dentist didn’t even provide me with a treatment plan. Next. The office staff and dental hygienists have always been very sweet and inviting which is my reason for two stars.

Friendly staff treats you like family. Attentive to my needs and concerns. Very informative of procedures and alternative solutions and treatments. Hygienist superior care. Love this office!

I highly recommend Midwest Dental in Holmen. Everyone is super nice and very easy to talk with. Cleanings are thoroughly done well. Dr. Weber is awesome. He makes you feel very comfortable. I had a tooth pulled and could not believe how fast he extracted it with no pain. I also had a filling which he did a great job on. He's gently, fast and very good at his job.

Best dentist I haveever been to all staff is extremely pleasant and helpful.

For starters I am not fond of the dentist. After almost 20 years my previous dentist retired and I had to find a new place to go. I have been to other Midwest Dental Locations and This one is the best. They always have taken care of me and manage to get me in as soon as possible when I have problems. I highly recommend this location and the staff. If you are looking for a good dentist and a super friendly staff look no further.
