A wonderful staff was there to greet me and I was glad to see all the smiles. Everyone was great from Dr. D to all the assistants. I was impressed with the exam and am seriously considering staying with this office and Dentists. I enjoyed the entire experience!

I had a really great experience here. Unfortunately my previous dentist left me quite apprehensive and weary about returning to a dental health professional. My experience here as definitely eased my anxiety. They are also upfront when it comes to pricing and the transparency really adds to their customer service. I definitely recommend them.

Newly moved to the area and found this wonderful gem. The employees were wonderful and the doctors were very informative and personable. Very clean and respectable area the only thing I would wish to be different is being informed that certain tests were optional (I was under the impression that the gums testing and fluoride were part of every visit.. not the case. I paid a fee at the end (not large) but could have done without) I really was only planning for a cleaning that day, again new to the area don’t have much saved up yet from the move. I could have done with less bells and whistles but enjoyable...Well as enjoyable as a dentist visit goes. The staff really made a huge positive impact on my long visit (.new patient appointment). I will be happily returning.

I felt safe while in the clinic (during COVID-19). This was my first visit here. They got me in rather (bring that I am a new patient) quickly after a crown broke on a Sunday, and I was able to get in for an easy fix on a Wednesday. It was under $100. I did have to wait longer than I’ve ever had to wait to see a dentist. I had an appointment and was called because someone had canceled and I came early as requested. So I wasn’t happy about that. Thus, dropped one star. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. I’ll go back for the comprehensive exam. If that results in a lengthy wait I will most likely look for another dental office. Because I do have some expensive work coming up and if I’m spending that kind of money-well I would like to get in and get out. All in all it was a pleasant experience with all the staff. I have a bad back and neck so waiting an extended period isn’t comfortable for me.

Loved the text reminders for my appointments. Denny the hygienist and Dr. Joe both extremely nice and answered all my questions. On the front reception area/business team, they were extremely great at explaining the breakdown of costs and helping with scheduling. It was definitely a pleasant experience!

Very polite and friendly, The Dentist and April took professionalism to another level. I am greatly pleased with the service I ‘ve received. I believe I found my new dental home. I was very skeptical about the dentist offices here in Madison Wisconsin. I really thought I would have to go back to my former dentist in North Carolina because of some of the bad service I have received from just inquiring about an emergency appointment. I am recommending them to everyone I know!! Thank you again for your wonderful service.
