Each step of the way I was fully informed and educated, and all my questions were answered. The facility was clean and inviting. I went here for a wisdom teeth extraction consultation today. When I arrived it turns out I had gotten my days mixed up and came a month early to my appointment. The receptionist went out of her way to fit me in after a little wait even though I was willing to just come back when I was originally scheduled. They also gave me several cost estimates for different treatment options so I could pick what was best for me. I was very impressed by their service and professionalism.

I heard about this place on Nextdoor. Lots of great comments about the staff and how they treated their patients. I made an emergency appointment and everything they said online was true! Great staff and they are so kind to their patients. I have gone back 2 more times and each time it has been a wonderful experience. I would totally recommend them.

Went for full upper dentures and lower partial. The whole process was made easier by the doctors and staff. No hidden fees, no rushing even after multiple fitment appointments the doctor has taken their time each visit.

I’ve found through second opinion I don’t have many things wrong with my teeth.
These jokesters wanted to charge me very big money and damage my teeth just so they can make money and I guarantee they are doing it to most of there clients.

Got a root canal here. As good an experience as one gets with a root canal. No pain, at least. Staff all seem very professional and skilled.

Dr Joe has been taking care of my 77 year old mom for years. Always takes great care of her dental needs. She is scared of pain and Dr Joe is patient and never causes her pain while working on her mouth. Always cares about her comfort. Very good dentist and very good man. The staff is amazing. They care and work with everyone. We feel like family when we come.

My Fiance and I have been patients here for 4+ years, we've used the same dental insurance the entire time. Just last week they decided to tell us they will no longer accept that insurance. On top of that they said they WILL NOT HONOR the quotes they gave use for dental work prior to letting us know of the change. So we've spent thousands and thousands of dollars there and been loyal for years yet with FAMILY DENTAL in their name they are everything but family oriented. They are all about the dollar. Sad.

The dentists & hygienists are knowledgeable and great at explaining things to you. Visits are usually fast based on what’s getting done. Front staff is friendly and great at getting quotes, payments, etc. done with no hiccups.
