I absolutely, am blown away at the sheer professionalism of Dr. Wu and the whole Pewaukee Dental team. Since the first day I started coming here I was treated differently, in a good way, that made all other dentist offices I've been to pale in comparison. I've had some horrifying experiences in the past with outrageous costs, hidden fees/dishonest quotes, absolutely disrespectful phone calls regarding a late payment when having financial hardships, etc etc. None of those things have happened nor do I expect them to at Pewaukee Dental. They have great plans, for people like myself and everyone in between, for annual cleanings and discounted work. The staff again is beyond fantastic. I walk in and the beautiful/smiley ladies, Courtney and Jen, say hi to me using my first name. (Sorry I switched my off days Courtney! Hope all is well lol) The dental assistants have all been great, professional and well trained. Plus the dentist himself is ridiculously smart and does a great job making sure you are comfortable throughout whatever process it may be. Trust me, I've had some hardcore work done and I'm not afraid of this dentist at all. I know some can be fearful of dentists due to noises or whatever but the comfy pillows, chill music, good conversation and massaging chairs take the edge off if any at all. I've almost fallen asleep during a tooth extraction . . . Swear to goodness.
Thank you guys/gals for all you do. The card and gift card for gasoline was amazing and totally unnecessary for something that was completely out of your control. (Shipping/lab delay) You guys are 1st class and exceed my expectations each time I'm back. Keep up the great work!!! You've got a client for life

I have been going to Pewaukee Dental since they opened on Ryan Road. I have never had a bad experience with them. Since Dr. Mike retired I was not sure what new dentists would be like. They have been exceptional! Thank you Dr. Wu for my new crown and implant!

I normally would not write a review on dental services but, making an exception in this case. While hygienists and doctors at Pewaukee have been great, my last experience was exceptional. I had a new hygienist that was very thorough and pleasant during cleaning. Also, they have a new doctor, Dr Nowman, who came in for the check-up. I mentioned a few concerns and he quickly took X-rays and explained everything he was seeing in detail. It ended up being nothing but, he made me feel extremely comfortable which is rare for me with dentists. I believe the comfort came from the fact he was talking with me and not at me like many doctors tend to do.

I needed a tooth pulled because I have a bad habit of chewing ice. DON'T CHEW ICE !!! I thought about doing my best Tom Hanks impression from Castaway because I didn't have dental insurance but I couldn't muster up the courage so I turned to Google to research local dentists instead. Pewaukee Dental had the best recommendations so I called them and was in the office 90 minutes later.
Dr. Wu explained everything that he was going to do before he did it. He was very thorough and attentive in his approach and while no procedure is painless, he did the best to minimize the pain and keep me at ease during the extraction.
I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Wu.
