Great experience. I've been to other clinics and this one is still the best one. The higienists are all very good, conscientious, and trustworthy. They never try to sell me anything.
Dr. Simon Wu doesn't do unnecessary procedures. He's leaving my old fillings alone because they are in good shape. I just met him and I can tell he has my best interest at heart.

Extremely positive experience which I previously didn't think was possible at a Dentist....no offense :). I had an issue with a tooth and Dr. Mike Schneidler took my appt right away, did a great job explaining what needed to be done (and calming my anxiety about next steps) and they got me back in quickly to take care of my issues. I have complete trust that they had my best interest in mind when recommending and executing my procedure.
From the front desk staff to the folks at your side while your in the chair, this office has put together a top notch team unsurpassed to date by any of my previous experiences at other offices. Everyone is extremely inviting and encouraging which was a welcome surprise.

As a new patient, I've enjoyed the feeling of welcome the staff provides when you walk in the door and I believe they provide quality care to us as patients, as seen in the newest gadgets and technology to best detect and prevent issues going forward. Unfortunately, using all of the neat tools and cool equipment has led to my cleaning appointment and cavity filling appointment taking over 1.5 hours each. For the cavity fill, they actually asked me to come in 15-20 minutes early, numbed my mouth and then had me sit there for 45 minutes with a numb face before the dentist could see me, at which point they had to numb my mouth again because it had started wearing off. They were very apologetic and I appreciated that, but time is valuable and I've spent quite a bit of it at my two appointments so far. Being a newer patient, I was not impressed but hoping these two instances were exceptions as I feel they are very passionate about the work they do and the care they provide.

Dr. Alex and his staff were professional, knowledgeable & welcoming. Their offices followed up with calls after a procedure to check in. When I went in to have work done -- staff were attentive and constantly checked in to check comfort/ explain what was going on / etc. Wonderful customer service & one of the best dental experiences I've had.

From the booking experience to actual procedures the entire staff is dedicated to an exceptional experience. Dental procedures are met with intentional and thoughtful personal touches (ipods, massaging chairs, lip balm for chapped lips etc) to make you as comfortable as possible and the actual care received is always handled with patience and taking the time to explain step by step. If you are looking for a dental experience focused on patient satisfaction, I can't recommend Pewaukee Dental enough.

I needed to change my cleaning appt. to a sooner date, and was able to get in quickly. Everything was done professionally and my hygienist was very caring and answered all of my questions.
