Absolutely awful. My husband was in excruciating pain, missed a day of work, I was able to get him in and all they said is that they couldn’t pull the wisdom tooth causing pain. They wouldn’t prescribe anything or do anything for him. His normal dentist was put on vacation and couldn’t get him in for another week so we tried this office. Mistake and waste of money.

I thought they were good, everyone is nice but they just seem to only be interested in how much money they can squeeze out of people. I don't know how many times I've gone through the cycle of "oh look you have a little credit in your account!" They don't know where it came from. Then the next appointment the bill is a little higher because you had a "balance due" but again they don't know how or why and you can't leave the office until it's paid. At least that's what I was told when I questioned why my bill was higher than they said it would be. Then later I got a bill for the full amount even though I have dental insurance.
While pulling a tooth the dentist broke a filling, he didn't even apologize for doing it, he just shrugged and said it was probably going to break soon anyway. He did a HORRIBLE job fixing it despite it being on a front tooth so now I have a worse looking front tooth because of him. He didn't care about fixing it at all, he just said we can discuss your options for fixing it later. Then when I asked about getting a partial plate he only wanted to discuss dental implants. Now I wonder if he broke it on purpose.
They seem to only care about how much money they can squeeze out of people.
I will never go back to this office.

Everyone is always incredibly kind when I am there. They are understanding when money is tight and always walk me through options that fit with my insurance. Overall I've had a wonderful experience here and they've helped me get over my dentist phobia!
