Dr Ivan Borysyk is the best! He did a awesome job filling in my broken tooth from a accident I had the day before. I actually walked in to be seen. I was in the back, sitting in the chair at 8am. Out of the office at 9am. I actually had enough time to make it back to my hotel before breakfast ended. The staff was great also! I have found me another Dentist! I will be back! Thanks again for everything!

I was really impressed with the thorough professional care that I received at Family Care Dental in Hoover. Dr Viveck was caring & professional. His assistant was kind & professional. I had quite a bit of work done that I'm pleased with & I'm looking forward to returning for more work. They were conscious of pain prevention and I did not experience any pain. I am thankful to God that I found them.*****😀

Received a root canal and it was NOT done correctly. I would not recommend going to this dentist at all because the nerve inside of the root canal was not 100% dead for me to still feel pain months and a year later. The pain is very excruciating and annoying and almost unbearable. I called and they asked me if I still had the same insurance and she already got paid for the procedure so why should I pay again when the problem is not corrected?! I received no calls to come back about my crown because she probably felt she completed it successfully. I hate the pain I am going through and I wouldn’t even give a full one star, I wouldn’t give any. This will be a lawsuit if not corrected FREE of charge, and I really am skeptical about going back to her which I probably won’t. Save yourself the trouble and go to a better dentist that won’t leave you with a painful crown from a basic root canal.

This office was open on a Saturday and my husband had an emergency. the doctor explained the procedure and discussed all possible options. He was very patient and compassionate. The entire staff was the nicest and most courteous. I definitely would recommend this business to anyone.

Came in this morning at 8:00 a.m. because I had a painful tooth emergency and 4 wisdom teeth I knew needed to be extracted at some point. I’m a new patient and they took me in very quickly. The Dr. and his assistant were very friendly and thorough with the tooth exam. They set me up with some antibiotics and scheduled an appointment for the same week for a root canal. I could not be more grateful for this today!

I visited this office and everyone was super professional and very nice. The level of service from the administrative staff to the Doctor was phenomenal. You feel very warm and welcomed here. The doctor's care and professionalism is the best. I'm so glad to have gone to such a great establishment with great people.

My kids first experience was great. Staff as well as to physicians were so professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. Highly recommend this dental office for all your dental needs.

I HATE going to the dentist! However, my experience at FCD was extremely pleasant from the entrance to exit. When a I had a chipped tooth turn into a root canal, I naturally went into panic mode. However, the staff eased my nerves by explaining the whole process to me. They also allowed me to listen to my music during the procedure. I was in and out in about 1.5 hours. I had no pain or discomfort. I would definitely recommend FDC to family and friends.
