ZERO STARS. I wanted a dentist close to my home for me and my family. I emailed to schedule appointment. The receptionist emailed me back saying they couldn't see me because , I owed on a bill from 1 visit back in 2012😒. It was a simple tooth extraction and I paid what they asked for that day.I said I'm sorry I wasn't aware . I'm sure it couldn't have been more then 40.00 . And I do have insurance.
I said, No problem, I would like to clear it up, and would like to schedule an appointment. NO WE CANT SEE YOU. IT'S ARE POLICY 😂I said What !! Are you kidding me. Her email seemed short and rude...PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE !!! TAKE YOUR MONEY
WHERE YOU WILL BE TREATED WELL. How this place stays in business is beyond me. I planned on spending a good amount of money .
Moving on I will tell everyone to AVOID this place.

It was ok, but I don’t know if she changed receptionist or what, but she is definitely the type to say what they can do, before advising of what they can. I was even willing to go as an OON member, knowing i would pay more, but not any more. I hear flint river is a good alternative so I will try them.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr .LindaLee Clayton for our dental work since September 2012. The care received from her and her staff has been excellent. Easy to make appointments, the hygienists are careful and professional. I chipped a tooth on a Friday evening and Dr Clayton had my tooth repaired by 8:30am on Monday morning. Very modern techniques used in this practice. The staff are always smiling and warm. I have historically hated going to the dentist, but Chase Family Dentistry really help ease my fears and keep my teeth and gums healthy.

I live 1.5 miles from Chase Family Dentistry, that convenience and the positive referrals sounded great. However, they must have enough patients without adding anyone new. After speaking with a member of the staff who seemed more concerned with which insurance provider I had, and my leaving two other voicemails never being returned, I had to conclude my dental needs weren’t welcomed at this location. A total surprise after reading all of the good reviews!

This was my first visit to Chase Family Dentistry and it was amazing. From the time I walked into the office I was treated with respect. The entire staff was very nice, professional, and welcoming. My exam by Dr. Clayton was very thorough. I would definitely recommend Chase Dentistry to family and friends.

Paid the office a return visit after being out of state for 3 years. Staff was friendly and welcoming. My dental hygienist was Hanna. This was my first time meeting her and she was absolutely phenomenal. Dr. Clayton was also great.
I was a little apprehensive as I was told I would need to make two visits—one for an oral evaluation and another for a cleaning—but they were able to accommodate both in one visit thanks to a cancellation (lucky me).
The evaluation included a gum line evaluation where tissue above each tooth—both front and back—was poked, prodded, and measured. This was definitely unpleasant; but I expect it was a one time thing to verify gum health. Overall a positive experience and I’d recommend this office.

Alway a great experience at Chase Family Dentistry. All the staff is very professional and friendly, Dr. Clayton is wonderful and they all do a very thorough job with cleanings. Any other dental work I have had done has always gone well with no issues. I would recommend them for sure to anyone looking for a new dentist and will continue to use them in the future! Place is always clean and with Covid I feel comfortable with the precautions they are taking to keep everyone safe!

My new and only Dentist. Chase family Dentistry is a Pain Free office. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The Assistants and Hygienist walked you through everything that is about to happen ahead of time so there are no surprises. They have tons of information and educate the clients on proper procedures and actions to keep your teeth and gums in tip top shape. I love this place. After only 3 visits in the last 6 months, I would say they are the best. It was probably 7 years since I had been to a dentist because of previous experiences. I only wish I would have found this place sooner!

I used to love this place. recommended them to everyone , that needed a great dentist office. Until today I went in for my cleaning and the lady that does the cleaning took my temperature and it was 98.7 then she took my sons that was 100.3 and preceded to tell me they couldn't do my cleaning today. Because he had a fever,he's 5 and has Always ran anywhere from 99 to 100 thats normal for him . we also drive from harvest to this dentist so needless to say . I left this place very upset and aggravated. I will not be back . I will find another dentist. Side not 100.3 isn't a fever plus she wasn't working on him and he also had a mask on . So if mask are so great then why ?
