My experience at vital smiles was amazing!! I am so Pleased with how your front desk clerk, Tiara sincerely cared for my well being. I walked into your office at my lowest point in so much pain and the office was literally near closing time yet Tiara advocated for me to be seen in office and I was able to get the care I urgently needed. Thank you Tiara for your generosity and caring spirit. Also, the doctor, Dr. Vanbeukering was amazing as always! He was positive and reassuring to me on my visit Day as well. Thank you Vital Smiles for all that you do!!

I am beyond frustrated. The doctors here are amazing, really the reason I've kept coming back with my 4 kids. The front desk staff and the call center are not helpful or kind at all. My daughter has had a filling fall out twice since she got it. Not even 2 months ago. I call and call and call and no one ever answers. Or I get the call center who say they can't get through either and will send the office an email to let them know to call me back and of course that never happens either. Communication is absolutely awful and unprofessional. It's sad bc this office has the best doctors ever. Dr Mike and Dr Duke are amazing. The front office and the calling center should represent the quality of doctors that they have there.

Dr. Mike is the nicest dentist I have ever been to! He is consistently great! Jamison was working with him today and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. He was also so nice! Shout out to Brad too! He is so helpful and sweet!

I went to Dr. Vanbuekering after one of my teeth broke. The staff at Vital Smiles were all very friendly and professional! Dr. Vanbuekering was able to repair my tooth and did an amazing job! Everyone at Vital Smiles went out of their way to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. I recommend Vital Smiles to anyone that is looking for a good dentist!

My daughter has been going there for the past 12 years and the first time within those 12 years I was late to a appointment by 1 or 2 minutes they rescheduled my appointment . The new girl at the front was real nasty about it she even lied and said the reason I didn't get a confirmation call was due to my phone being disconnected. I've waited in the lobby on several occasions for over 30 minutes and I've never complained then the moment I'm a few minutes late due to not getting a reminder about my appointment I get rescheduled

I called in to get information. I got lucky and was connected with Bradley. He was super helpful and answered all of my questions! His customer service skills are on point! If this is the kind of people that they have working for them, I would definitely reccomend 10 out of 10!!! Bradley, it was a pleasure talking to you!!!

Tell me why the owner was rude and accusing me of lying went there with braces already I don’t if he was too lazy to start over with me or he didn’t know how to do his job he started yelling at me and accusing me of lying worst place to go to the staff were really nice though the front desk and everybody was nice

The front desk receptionist was under the influence of something when my daughter went for her check up the guy there wasn't helping anyone but just sitting there staring at people, Why come here if they not gonna take their job serious!!! We gladly can go somewhere else if no one will take their PROFESSION seriously

Rescheduled twice this year without being seen! The reason is because it’s only one dentist. My kids first appointment here in Alabama & the lady that calls to make those calls are rude . No sympathy whatsoever she hung the phone up on me without a third rescheduled appointment.
