We love Balmoral Dental! Great bedside manner and works well with children. Efficient cleanings and you’re in/out in a reasonable amount of time. They always listen to your concerns and look into it. Highly recommend coming here for your dental needs.

So, to start off, I need to say that I have a weird fear of people (anyone) close to my face. My dental hygienist and I have an understand that no eye contact shall be made during my appointments. I get "Mr. Nose"... If you know, you know... And I just breathe deep and look to the left. I wear glasses with a big prescription so I can't see during this whole experience at the dentist. Today's visit was a cleaning and impressions for a night guard. Totally appreciate the fact that the impression goop was strawberry flavored. "How does that factor in when you don't eat it?", you might ask. Well, at just the time you feel like your gag reflex is going to kick in, the scent of strawberry flew into Mr. Nose and it was amazing and familiar from the old days of the pediatric dental office I went to. There was a moment where the dental hygienist and I made contact during the impressions and both immediately looked away in fear of explosion. Took some deep breaths from Mr. Nose and I was able to stable myself from my odd fear. Other random discussions occurred about tongue placement which was humorous for sure. I'm looking forward to future days of flavored toothpaste, maybe some flavored Mr. Nose, and chaps stick (some of my suggestions/requests). Plus side for the kids, there is a toy chest and they do carry some flavored tooth paste. Ended up at check out to discuss some Star Wars and I got to say, today was a good day.

Can't say enough for the care I received at BDC. Dr AJ and his staff are awesome! I went there because my teeth were failing and I needed dentures. They did a great job, took extra time to make sure the fit was perfect before proceeding. Then the day of the procedure, I admit I was scared, but they put me totally at ease and I felt nothing. Before my procedure I had friends and coworkers telling of the bad experiences their loved ones had getting dentures. One month later I've had no problems whatsoever. I attribute that to the good work done by Balmoral Dental Center!

Highly recommend, especially if you experience any kind of anxiety about dentist visits. I put off going to the dentist for years due to financial reasons, anxiety about the state of my teeth due to general depression, and a fear of being scolded as I have been in the past at other places. Was very pleasantly surprised upon my visit to find a survey about exactly these types of fears/concerns! The receptionist was wonderful and kind and was able to schedule me for a next-day visit and she helped fit me in for a cleaning the same day as well! Everyone that I spoke to at the office had a very comforting and refreshing attitude and I felt very welcome and calm during the entire visit!

There was no scolding or judgement of any sort, but instead plenty of reassurance that left me feeling very hopeful and comfortable rather than full of dread as I have been at other places. The dental cleaning process also left my teeth feeling super clean without any soreness/shifting teeth that I am typically used to with cleanings.

I chose Balmoral initially as I do not have insurance and they accept care credit and I was very pleased with the prices as well as the dental savings plan that they offered! Can’t say enough good things about this place. Everyone is wonderful, helpful, kind, ready to answer questions, and had an overall tone that left my eagerly messaging my friends giving referrals once I left! As someone who does struggle with depression and caring for my teeth as a result, it was a very uplifting experience to be met with such a pleasant environment. Highly recommend!

Exceptional service! The staff was so kind , such a great group of people. They are wonderful at what they do. I’m highly satisfied with my results and the way I was treated. I highly recommend this dentistry.

I never write reviews but I had to for this one! Everyone I interacted with was amazing. The hygienist (Becca) was so personable and reassuring the whole time. When the dentist (Angela, I believe) came in she had such high positive energy which was very comforting, I personally love when people treat me like their bestie lol. I did not feel like a stranger to them at all! They worked very hard and intentionally on my teeth, its been a while since I've been to the dentist due to financial reasons but they did not make me feel less than or shameful at all. I appreciate them!

I’ve been going to them for years and have seen 3 dentists over that time and all have been great! The office staff is so friendly and always do a great job in giving you an accurate estimate of any potential dental work. The dentists are understanding and make sure you’re comfortable during any type of procedure. Very knowledgeable and sweet office all around!

I have never been so comfortable at a dentist before. I was nervous because while I don't mind the dentist, I don't have the greatest experiences and often get made to feel very bad about myself because of the condition of my teeth. Everyone in the office was encouraging, understanding and compassionate. And Dr. A.J. F. has such an amazing bedside manner. He was so kind and spirited, he made me feel safe and at home. Thank you for giving me hope again.

I arrived and the receptionist was very welcoming and the office very clean. I did not wait long at all. Melanie was so friendly and professional! She explained everything she did and made me feel at ease! Dr. Denney was also friendly and professional. I am very pleased with my decision to begin using them. I highly recommend!

My experience this afternoon with Balmoral was the best ever at a dental office. All the personnel were very knowledgeable and friendly. I'm facing a lot of dental issues,so this had to meet high expectations from both myself and my husband. The staff did a very impressive job. I am greatly satisfied that we picked Balmoral,and believe it or not,I'm actually looking forward to the next visit in 2 weeks!
