Two stars for the two sweet nurses, as they were the only good thing about our visit.
If you have a child with anxiety when it comes to doctors/dentists, you may want to go somewhere else. Besides my son (3yo) screaming during X-rays, I made it a point to let the nurses know he is anxious about the visit.
The sweet nurse was able to calm his fears and clean his teeth with minimal crying.
However, we ended the visit with my child being restrained by me, the nurse, and Dr. Leslie holding his head down in her lap and trying to pry his teeth open all while saying, "This is unacceptable behavior" to my unconsolable son.
My other child (10 months) cried during his visit with Dr. Leslie, too.
While it's expected for some children to cry during their visits, I do not expect a trained professional to react the way she did to a three-year-old boy.

I have dreaded taking my middle son to the dentist because of his behavioral issues associated with his adhd. From the moment we walked through the door and he was told there was a play room he was completely mellowed and fine. The open concept of Dr.Leslies office is a match made in heaven for a mom of multiples. I literally watched one get his xrays while the others teeth were cleaned. I am so grateful for Dr.Leslies disposition and easy going caring attitude toward my children. They all loved her and are excited to go back to the dentist for another visit. We have found our new permanent dentist and I couldn't be more grateful for Facebook's ad sharing! Thank you Dr.Leslie for a dream experience!
