I've had a horrible toothache all weekend so I tried calling their emergency number, but it would just ring busy. I waited until Monday morning and called to schedule an appointment which would have worked out great since it's my off day anyway, but unfortunately the earliest they could get me in was Tuesday morning. I agreed, but had to reschedule for Wednesday do to a situation at work. Keep in mind this is the second time I talked to them on the phone and the second appointment I scheduled. Both times they asked if any of my information had changed INCLUDING insurance. It has not...Now the staff was very nice and my dental assistant was great! She was very helpful and assured me we could set up an appointment to have my tooth pulled and in the meantime they would prescribe me an antibiotic to kill the infection. Well here's where it went down hill.I didn't even get to really talk to the dentist. He seemed far too busy. He came in for maybe 2 minutes asked me which tooth it was and told me they would get me a quote to have the tooth pulled and then left After waiting for a few minutes a lady came in and informed me that they no longer accepted my insurance (blue cross of blue shield). Because apparently the insurance company doesn't "pay them enough". But, she said that I could contact my insurance company and they could mail me a check to PARTIALLY pay for the tooth to be pulled. I would also have to leave a credit card on file, but assured me it wouldn't be charged for 3 weeks. I was pretty confused and getting a little irritated at this point. I was in pain and left work to come to this appointment and yet they couldn't inform me over the phone that they no longer accepted my insurance? I told her I would have to think about it because the whole thing just didn't make any sense to me. She then told me ok well you're done and walked away. As I was leaving I asked about the antibiotic that they were going to prescribe me for the infection. She informed me that if they weren't pulling the tooth then they could no longer write me the prescription. Biggest waste of time! Luckily I got right in somewhere else, had the tooth pulled and got an antibiotic.

I have been attending this dentist office for a few years. Dr. Krempa and Dr. Martin are great and always take care of anything I need. Dental Assistant Taylor & Chloe are beyond awesome, they both go out there way to help any patient. Both seems to love there job and will answer any questions you have. I recommend this dentist office and will never go anywhere else concerning my dental needs.
Great dentist office, the staff there is very knowledgeable.

Dr. Friedlander and her staff is absolutely amazing. They’re all so sweet.
I came in, never having been there before, because of some severe pain I was having, she confirmed what was going on and directed me on a solution.
Highly recommend and will be making this my new primary dentist.

What an awesome place! Dr. Krempa and his staff do a great job of explaining exactly what type of treatment is best for your situation, he also breaks it down for an old sports minded person to understand. His front office is always smiling and seem happy to see you. There is a reason I drive 2 hours one way to see them! I appreciate them more than they know. Where else can you go and watch Police Academy while getting your teeth cleaned?
