Very great place. Great customer service. Came in for a bad toothache. Within one hour tooth was pulled and I was leaving out. Highly recommended.

Dr.Krempa patiently put crowns on my two implants. He continued to adjust the crowns until my bite was comfortable. I had dreaded getting these crowns, but Dr. Krempa put me at ease. I appreciate the care he took with the procedure. A busy, friendly dental office!

I am a college student who does not live in Mobile so I was worried the dentist here was not going help me out like they do at home. I walked in at 8:30am and by 8:40am I was seated ready to be treated. They did an amazing job and my tooth (I had a root canal done) feels 10x better. Everyone who works there is beyond nice and very welcoming. They all made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend to anyone who needs dental care.

This group is wonderful! I am not a fan of dentists, and tend to get anxious when I go, but when I called these guys due to what I thought was an abscessed tooth they worked me in right away. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed the entire time. Also, when they figured out the issue they didn't recommend anything drastic which only made me respect them that much more. Highly recommend!

I am a senior citizen and I have been to a number of dentists in my life . A few months ago I decided to go to Dr. Krempa, I am so glad I did! Dr. Krempa and his staff are very professional and take great care to make you feel at ease and have as much of a pain free experience as possible, I am impressed! I have had a lot of work done in the last few months and either Dr.Krempa or one of his staff always calls to check on me. I live in Baldwin County , but it’s worth the drive. I highly recommend !

Read the reviews for lowest to highest. The dentist Krempra from what I’ve seen only interacts with the “other”patients on a friendly caring level and converses with them me and my mom both came to this same conclusion. He has a negative vibe. He also is very rough and rushes and I’ve been to many dentist before. We will not be returning. I don’t recommend this office to people of color because of him.

I had such a great experience at Southern Smiles! I have anxiety when going to the dentist and my hygienist, Liz, was amazing and she worked with me and really showed me the proper way to brush and floss! Dr. Krempa was also very nice and professional! I would highly recommend!
