I went and got a cleaning this morning my appointment was made last week immediately after making my appointment I filled out my insurance paper work from the link they sent me. I even received a call within a few days asking me to come early just in case I needed to do paperwork even tho she did confirm she received my blue cross blue shield insurance so long story short I get there this morning early check in and she said everything was set for me to go to the back. Then after I get my cleaning they tell me blue cross blue shield is not in there network etc so you knew this before they started working on me and didn’t inform me I had to pay til AFTER my cleaning. I didn’t make a fuss or say anything because at this point all you can do is pay it but that shouldve been stated before my appointment when they called me back or once I got there and checked in. Why would I pay for something as simple as a cleaning when I get 2 a year free with my insurance and I pay my insurance company monthly for this service ? But the lady who cleaned my teeth was so sweet she was great

I appreciate the environment created by the staff and dentists. Even though they are very professional, it still feels like you are visiting a friend. As much as I dislike getting my teeth cleaned or having work done, I am glad to have this group doing it. They always put me at ease explaining the procedure in detail. The hygienist are the best. It has always been a painful experience having my teeth cleaned in the past but these ladies take their time, and are gentle, resulting in a pain free visit.

I love my hygienist, Dana!! She is so friendly, thorough, clean, and knows her stuff! Dr. Krempa is very polite and quick and to the point! This has been my third time back and I will definitely return and recommend this office every time!
