I spent maybe 10 minutes in the waiting room, the treatment I needed was thoroughly explained to me, Dr.Krempa gave me a painless shot, and everyone was so friendly. The staff made me feel like a priority, not just another patient! I have never felt so at home in a doctors office! I will definitely be back!

Dr. Krempa's office is great! (Jade....you rock!!) There is never much of a wait, the staff is so friendly and they do great work! My son loves going and that says a lot! Thank you for being the best dental group ever!

Every time I have been to the office, I have been treated wonderfully! Dr. Krempa always makes sure I have an understanding of what is going on, and his assistants always sit and talk with me about my day for a few minutes. The front desk always works with me on my insurance and my payments. if you want a dentist with a great personality and a comfortable workplace, I highly suggest southern smiles.

Staff (dental hygienists) are the best I've ever encountered as well, from the tooth cleaning to the supportive care! I have sensitive teeth, and I can honestly say that these folks make every effort to keep me free of pain and they do it! You guys rock!!!!

Stressfree! Wonderful staff! Excellent doctors! Awesome every step of the way, went in for a cleaning, they found a problem, asked if they could do the filling now, they moved into another room, all done in 45 minutes!!! Fast and efficient! I wish they repaired automobiles there!! LOL

I would recommend Dr. Krempa to all of my family, friends and patients. He is thorough and takes the time to explain your situation and what is needed to get you back to a healthy smile. I do believe that the star of the show for my cleaning visit was Jade. She was patient, answered all of my questions, and showed compassion for her job. Every staff member that I came in contact to had a smile on their face and treated you like a family member. Overall was a great experience and will definitely be going back there on a regular basis to maintain my oral hygiene. The only bad thing about this review is that I wish I could have left 10 stars... 5 Stars really is not enough!

Dr Martin was wonderful and kind relieved my anxiety reassuring and explained what I needed saw Dr krempa and Chloe a couple of minutes to pull tooth she was so kind he was real busy very nice will recommend them
