I'm new to the area and needed to schedule a cleaning appointment. I saw where you had the best reviews so you were the first people I contacted. I called the first time and I was told I couldn't make an appointment until I filled out the online forms. I went online did all the paperwork, taking about 45 min out of my day and then called back to schedule an appointment. I waited on hold for about 5 min before someone picked up and then you told me that you couldn't schedule an appointment until I could guarantee I could be there. I have 3 kids that I have to provide for and I have to find someone to watch them for me when I'm trying to do appointments like this. I don't think anyone can "guarantee" that they can be somewhere. You don't know when you're going to be sick, or get in a car accident, or anything. Very disappointed and frustrated that I lost time out of my day.
Updated- pleased I got a call back from the office trying to make this situation better. I had already scheduled at another dentist

I wish I could give 10 stars. East Taylor Dental Associate is by far the Best dentist office in Montgomery, AL. Dr. Ahn, hygienist Mr. Paul, and the rest of the staff are very friendly, welcoming, yet extremely professional. Dr. Ahn takes time with each patient and provide thorough examinations, explains the procedures in detail, and provide exquisite treatments. I highly, highly recommend East Taylor Dental Associates!

I have been a patient of Dr. Horner since late 1980's. I moved away from Montgomery for a few years and when I returned and needed a dentist , Dr. Horner and all of his employees at East Taylor Dental was the only number I needed. He was my first dentist when I had to have dental care before I could have heart surgery in 1986. He has been my dentist through my last heart surgery.
Let me say that this is a comfortable, yet hard working group of exceptional employees to have performing dental care. Thank you East Taylor Dental for all of your patience and gentleness.
