Cottonwood Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

The dentists and assistants are great. They are professional and do quality work with care. On 2 occasions the front desk staff and manager were unprofessional, unhelpful, and annoyed with questions and concerns, and also talked about me within earshot with an attitude and tone. There are other reviews that explain a similar experience. I am beginning to wonder if it's worth it, when there may be other qualified dentists in town that may take care in the customer service department, especially if it may result in a mischarge, or overlooked medical concern.

My husband has been working with Dr. Line and we have had a truly excellent experience! Not only could they schedule him for a root canal sooner than anywhere in Flagstaff, but they did excellent work and they were really kind to him despite his anxiety with seeing the dentist. In addition, they have worked hard to make sure his new crown fits perfectly and that it will last. I also have had a cleaning with them and they did a great job. We definitely recommend this dental office!

My first experience with this practice was actually before my first scheduled appointment. I broke a tooth while eating popcorn and was able to get an appointment for the very next day. I was treated extremely well from the moment I stepped inside the door until the moment I left. I walked out of the door with two temporary crowns. The entire procedure was painless and everyone I saw was very professional and very friendly at the same time. Dr. Line couldn’t have been nicer and explained each step to me along the way. He was very comforting. 3 days later I got my permanent crowns and my experience was exactly the same. Every single office member from the person who checked me in to the person who checked me out should be very proud of the work they do and the way they treat their patients. All of them make going to the dentist...painless!

Dr. Line and the hygienist were so nice and gentle! I do not like going to the dentist, but they made it an easy and fun experience!! Highly recommend this office!!

I've never written a bad review before but Cottonwood Modern Dentistry is definitely worthy of one. I have never had to put up with the kind of customer service I dealt with from this company. I dealt with over 15 phone calls in the course of 2 months to schedule a wisdom teeth extraction appointment because they would not get back to me and did not give me an estimate until 2 days prior, each time a new person answered and I had to explain my situation over again all for them to be rude and extremely unhelpful. I finally cancelled my appointment and it took another month of calling to get back my refund. I could never trust them to properly extract my teeth if they cannot even properly set up an appointment.

Great office staff. Willing to work with you on payments. The dentist takes time to explain any issues. The dentist and the dental assistants are gentle when they are in your mouth. I had a decent amount of work done here. I am happy with how it went and how they follow up. The office is clean. They have extended hours on Wednesday's, which is great if you work during normal office hours. Definitely recommend.

Dr . Line is amazing. I'm a pretty complicated patient with several autoimmune disorders and allergies . I needed to have a root extraction from a tooth that broke off then was infected. The day of the scheduled extraction I had a severe panick attack. He is so understanding and compassionate we rescheduled with a new game plan. He is also very knowledgeable about autoimmune and took those into consideration when prescribing my antibiotic. He is an amazing dr. And after this extraction is all done I plan on continuing to see him for all my dental needs. He really put me at ease . I appreciate him greatly. Thank you Dr. Line

I hadn't had any dental work done (except for cleanings) for several years. The x-ray tech Summer was efficient and so friendly she put me at ease. Dr. Meehan explained his findings thoroughly. Andrew calmed my panic when I saw the anticipated cost of the work to be done. He arranged a payment plan.
The next day I returned to have a cavity removed and a crown put on. When asked, "How are you today?" I was upfront--I told everybody I was tired, headachy and grumpy! Then I noticed the tables and chairs were dusty and the floor was dirty. I let everyone know.
During treatment, I made a few casual but personal remarks to Dr. Meehan; his responses were rather defensive. HOWEVER, he has the personality trait most essential for a dentist--he's a perfectionist. Between him and the Dental Assistant who is named after Saint Damian, the work was done quickly and very skillfully. I recommend the place--they have everything covered.

The new dentist Darren is amazing. Very professional. He explains everything well and truly cares. I had a really great experience and would recommend any one to go there. I have been shopping around for a dentist for my boys too and have scheduled them to go here. They are very pleased with their care also.

I had work done today at Cottonwood Modern Dentistry. Dr. Wakefield and his assistant Patti Guzman and all of the people in the office were absolutely wonderful. They all treated me like a king. I would recommend them to everyone. Totally five stars!!! Steven Ware
