HORRIBLE SERVICE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
After two procedures in this office, I am still in pain after four months. I was promised a refund in full by Dr. Jason Bennion in the office several weeks ago (both in person and in writing) so that I could go elsewhere to fix the pain created by Modern Dentistry. I still have not received any such refund.
This leads me to believe Dr. Jason Bennion lied to me on paper and in person - which is not a character trait one looks for in a dental professional. I would NEVER recommend Modern Dentistry to anyone I cared for.

My experience was very positive. The entire team working with me was most professional and caring. I needed three crowns, and was in the office for 6 hours over two days. I got to know their expertise pretty well, I think.

Used to be wonderful when run by Jason B. and Lane M., prior dentists who made you feel like family and comfortable when you went to the dentist. Hygienist Lenzi is sorely missed as well. Due to inability to update insurance and bill correctly in addition to feeling like cattle in and out, as fast as can be, the whole family has switched dental practitioners. Sad but times and business change.

Im conflicted on this place. At first i felt like they really did have my best interest in heart. But now i am stuck with dentures that when i smile you can see the un even line of my denture.During my adjustments one of the ladies drilled to much off. I was told a hard lining would fix it. However the lining isnt included in the $7000 i paid them for my work. I feel like i was ripped off.

Accidentally rated one star a while ago, my bad. My experience was actually great. Had an emergency situation with a tooth, they made sure I got in as soon as possible and were able to have the tooth extracted quickly and cleanly. Best experience I've ever had having my teeth ripped out 👍

The dentist was so caring .Dr Gonzales was compassionate and she cares about her patients.. I have a lot of health promblems and healing is hard .She made sure I was getting better.She did a great job for me and my family.Thank You.

Find yourself a good Dentist this place went down hill .Office Manager is really bad .They charge you and dont explain why they charge you so much .The turn over of employee there is very high ,that should tell it all

I went to these guys because I was in pain and needed immediate help They offered me a couple of treatment plans -I scheduled my first appointment. Then I was informed they wouldnt honor then cheapest plan even though it was in writing. I think they were trying to take advantage of my pain and necessity to make me pay more

Wow if I could give zero Stars I would talk about and unprofessional incompetent staff we called three weeks ago to make an appointment for my son to go to the dentist we gave them all his insurance information they told him at the time yeah we take your insurance he takes a day off work and when gets there and they say no you're part of a different plan so two days ago I called his insurance company back and they say yes, they do take his insurance so I called the dentist back once again was on hold for 15 minutes before anybody even picked up the phone and they said that they would review it and get back with me... 4 hours later I still have not heard anything after they told me they would get back with me within the hour another lady answered the phone what a bag what she's doing in customer service is beyond me she has no business dealing with the public extremely rude acted like I was bothering her and then proceeded to tell me oh what your problem is we don't take dhmo or HMO, we only take. PPO..okay why didn't you idiots say that over 3 weeks ago to save us all this time and trouble
