I was truly repulsed by this clinic's oddly impersonable and casually incompetent demeanor. First, no one mentioned their name or looked me in the eye when talking to me. That's odd I thought. Then I was told my prior dentist's recent X-rays hadn't arrived. "Really? But I submitted the paperwork 3 weeks ago and was assuranced they'd be onhand during my visit." (I don't like unnecessary X-rays). "Sorry, we don't make a transfer request until the week of the appointment and since today is Tuesday... they haven't arrived. But don't worry, the doctor will be able to X-ray you today. Take a seat." When I met Dr. Weiss and pointed-out the rediculous nature of his X-ray transfer policy ...he shrugged and pointed to his X-ray machine and assured me he could do them again. "No thanks Doc, I had them done 5 weeks ago with assurances you'd have them for my appointment. But, your clever policy does assure you'll get lots of extra use from your own X-ray machine." "But wait," he said. "These X-rays won't cost you a dime. Insurance pays 100%." Sheesh!! "Doc, that's dishonest." I walked out.
