Avalon Dental

I’ve been going to Avalon Dental since it was originally called Breeze Dental back in 2010. I have to say that this is the BEST dental office I have ever been to. Many companies promise to treat you like family, but this small business delivers. They know our entire family by name and always remember what’s going on in our lives and wants updates on how things are going. Literally remembers everything and truly cares about us. They are the true definition of customer service and genuinely know how to build relationships with their patients. If you’re looking for a new dental office that truly cares about you, this is the one!

I have been a patient for about 5 years now and I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is so nice and friendly.

One of the beat dentist experiences I’ve had! I saw doctor K and she was so sweet! Saw a few other people in the appointment and everyone did such a good job of explaining what they were doing, and making me feel comfortable in the process. The two front desk ladies that I talked to were also super super sweet and were able to work with my schedule for my next appointment. Love this dentist!!

Staff is all incredibly friendly. Dentist has great interpersonal communication skills. Work was thorough but quick. And for my personal experience, works great for my insurance coverage. Definitely found my new dentist and have referred this office to a dozen other friends already. Thank you, Breeze Dental!

I had a very pleasant experience yesterday. I was greeted by a very friendly welcoming staff member at the front desk. I was treated kindly and with respect from every person in the office which I really appreciated after having been treated rudely at my prior dentist office. Dr. Peifer was gentle and thorough as was the dental hygienist. The office was clean and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Breeze dental!

Ever since I moved from East Coast, I have been trying to find a new dentist. I have huge anxiety when it comes going to the dentist. When I found Avalon Dental, I made appointment. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Everyone is great and makes me more at ease just coming through the door. Shout out to Megan (hygenist), she is super nice and gentle. It's always a pleasure visiting my dental office, they are like family. Dr. Peifer and his staff are the best, kind, caring and knowledgeable. I feel blessed to have found them!! They took care of my mother without dental insurance for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Avalon Dental!!

My husband and I have been going to Avalon dental ever since we moved to Arizona about two years ago. They are so amazing.. I wish we could go to the dentist more often!

The customer service is amazing. I really don’t think you could find nicer people. Scheduling is super accommodating to our busy lives and I am always seen right away. I have never had any issues with pricing or billing. I have full confidence that any dental work we have done is completed with care and integrity.

Always a great experience at Avalon Dental with Dr. Peifer and his staff! Incredibly confident in their abilities to diagnose and treat properly, I love that this is MY dental office. They've got a great rapport with each other and they share that with their patients. I'm always giggling and smiling when I'm there. I really can not say enough good things about Breeze Dental. I have a back injury and have a hard time with my appointments, sometimes having to split one appointment into two. They are so accommodating! I really feel like they are concerned with my care and comfort.

My father in-law is coming in as a new patient and we've had to cancel his appointment twice with less than 24 hours notice in the last few months (both times were because he had to go to the ER and was admitted to the hospital). We felt really bad the first time and horrible the second time (he didn't want to go to the ER until after his dentist appointment because he had already cancelled once, also because of an emergency). Today when I called, I spoke to Sam and told her to charge us for the appointment time missed but her only concern was for my 85 year old father in-law! She told me not to worry.

I don't know many people who look forward to going to the dentist but you just might with Breeze Dental. They stand out because they really care about their patients. I got to tell my worried father in-law that they sent their best wishes to him which is comforting when you're in the hospital!

Also, I had some expensive dental needs coming up but Dr Peifer discussed my options with me and helped me find a cheaper way! He also took care of a dental eyesore for me right after I asked him about it! Huh? (Filed my front teeth) Fantastic! He's not about giving a laundry list of expensive ways to spend your money and he/his staff look for ways to make sure you're comfortable. (Spray to keep from gagging during x-rays?! It really worked! Plus she sprinted from me to the machine and back to reduce my discomfort time. Amazingly considerate!)
